Fixed my suitcase zipper, I had been to several places that couldn't help and was given this shoe repair address for there exceptional service and couldn't agree more I am over the moon as the suitcase is relatively new but had lost the zip slider on the extension part of the suitcase now fixed so so happy

In the age of disposable everything, it is a relief to see someone who is really passionate about quality and getting a second life out of gear.

I never realised there was so much to it, and the skill and time required to do a brilliant job. Ironically it takes more than just a pot of glue.

My advice, give them the time they need to work their magic. It will be worth the wait.
