Gloria Jean's Coffees Blacktown Kiosk

Wish there was negative star review.
I ordered a small coffee and I can see the lady used the old shot of coffee when I said why you used old she said only few minutes old. How should I believe that it is few minutes old and why I should drink an old shot when I’m paying 5.40 for small coffee?
Then after few minutes argument she decided to make new. And chucking things there, stamping the old coffee holder in a bin like there’s no tomorrow.
All I have to say,
I didn’t ask anything extra or special I asked what I paid for.

I come here every Sunday before work and the two girls who are always working are so sweet. They always make my order to my expectations and always have a smile on their face. Lovely staff always:)

Ordered 2 small coffees, skim cap, long black. When coffees were presented they were regular not small as asked.already paid and didn't notice the extra charge. Lady said ohh? Sorry, but no offer to remake the coffees or reimburse the extra cost. Off course now both coffees at a different strength due to the extra water added. This is NOT what I ordered, and was overcharged for a coffee that was not enjoyable. Also noticed that the 2 employees were more interested in taking "selfies" than concentrating on their orders.

Taste so bad, and the old lady that works there maybe the owner super rude, maybe put a smile with the customer as they supporting your business, ask for creame and she barely put any.

I have been at alot of gloria jean's and this gotta be the worst one, rude staff, for a chiller this is not even cold, so sweet and theres barely any cream on top, please save your money and go elsewhere.

Come here every morning for my iced coffee and the coffee is always good, and the staff are really friendly.

Went to grab a drink before work, the light ice vanilla chiller. Soooo yummy and came out quick. The cashier was really nice and chill so I would recommend!

I’ve had the exact same Crème Brûlée from Rouse hill and Blacktown Gloria Jeans. The rouse hill one tastes like heavenly milkshake so we ordered the same drink again from Blacktown. The Blacktown one is pretty much just cold coffee with some ice. There’s no mixing of ice and coffee and the flavour is way off.

Also the hygiene is so disgusting. The staff took the cash with her bare hands (with no gloves) and then the same person went to help with the coffee making (still no gloves). I would give zero star if I could.

I strongly recommend the rouse hill Gloria Jeans.

Bad customer service I received yesterday 5 April 2022, staff not approachable not friendly to the customers.

I am dissappointed that no easily visible signs to identify Gloria Jeans cafe, I went pass the store twice and used information centre to find the cafe.
