Gloria Jean's Coffees reviews
24I've never seen a more disinterested store owner or staff at any coffee shop in my life. The store itself has no atmosphere and it just downright boring. The coffee is average at best and the food looks as uninviting as the owner. Zero stars for the banana bread which is dryer then the great sandy dessert. REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE; I'm stunned at your reply, considering I spoke with the owner expressing how bad the banana bread was and considering he was standing right in front of me as I put the banana bread into the bin! I would have thought the time to offer a refund would have been at that moment as i'm sure anyone else would. I'm not sure what's worse, the bread and poor service or the reply and attempt to save face? Either way, after poor experiences before this particular one, I won't be back.
I love their caramel frapp so much - and the girls are always so kind and nice even during rush - best Gloria jeans I’ve been to
My son (non verbal autistic) orders our drinks, the staff are so patient with him.
Enjoy our Monday afternoons there.
Great little spot to sit for a quiet coffee while shopping. One of the last Gloria jeans in the area and can definitely say it's worth a visit. The coffee is always good and my partner rated his sweet chiller pretty well.
Extremely excellent service every time I enter the store staff are friendly and coffee made how I like it
The coffee is always and the cafe itself is spacious and clean, but the food is a bit overpriced.
Food was expensive, barely any filling in the croissant and the toastini, the chicken was hard to find and even then it looked like it came from a tin. So dry to eat it was all just basically dry bread. Felt ripped off. I do not recommend the food but the cup of tea was nice. The staff lacked customer service and appeared disinterested.
They are really feeling the effects of covid short staff and limited seating especially with the rain. I urge EVERYONE TO SUPPORT this Cafe. So fresh friendly and no attitude
Great and friendly staff, i go there so much the staff know my order off by heart. Salted Caramel chillers are great.
The coffee house is modern and clean you can usually get a table to sit at inside. The coffee is very good the food is very ordinary and expensive 2x coffeed and a toastie was $18.
Lovely drinks chillers are to die for also toastini is the way to got for a quick bite when your out and about
This used to be my favourite place to stop for coffee, I used to find the staff friendly but over the past year this place has taken a slide. I have the old rewards card and everytime I try to use the card they tell me I can't as the system was updated and they don't have the new cards.
The cafe is very pleasant, if a little basic in decor. The chicken and mushroom filo I had was excellent, as was my cappuccino. Great value.
Mostly the staff are friendly usually get a good coffee from there, they offer a good variety of food but hardly anything gluten free which I am.
They're always nice, fast service and the coffee is what you would expect. One of the better Gloria Jean's I've been to
Absolutely shocking service.
My dad and I came in for a nice late breakfast, my dad asked for just a plain ham, cheese and tomato toastie and the man who served us was absolutely rude, I then asked if they had diet coke and he was blunt saying no just Pepsi or Pepsi max. He was rude and blunt and standoffish, mind you the other employees were all just standing around having a chat. Will not be coming back here and I do not recommend.
Customer service was shocking. No love or passion in what they do. No mannerisms existed in the staff, most of them look very depressed, sometimes the food tasted stale, one time I got forgotten about and waited 20 - 30 minutes for a simple cold drink. My friend use to work there and never had a problem with forgetting an order, they were 16 at the time, last manager was abusive and toxic. These people looked from some being in their 20s while others late 30s. If there was an option to rate this 0 stars I'd probably do that to get the message across.
Visited the venue about morning tea time monday.not busy ordered a hot chocolate and a raisin toast bread.
Friendly staff member gave a few recommendations and absolutely right.
Nice atmosphere clean and tidy.
#wheelchair accessible
There doughnuts looks enticingly also the few different bread slices.
Great coffee and great place, like Gloria Jeans:).
Located within St Marys Village Shopping Centre which is a decent size shopping centre and serves the surrounding areas really well. It has decent size parking area having disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops.
When I arrived no one was there and I was waiting to be served. And when the indian guy behind the counter come he was rude and unprofessional
In the pic another client after me waiting to order because the staff disappear again
