Gloria Jean's Coffees

Great if you like bitter coffee. I don't though so this is normally a last resort stop if I need a coffee

Rude staff. Manager lady who’s Indian is really rude. Asked about the Tim tan promotion and she said rudely with a straight serious face “It’s not free” I said look I’m not one of these rude people that was harsh. I know it’s not free. Don’t come here go to Woodcroft Gloria jeans it’s a million times better and staff are nice and kind.

Absolutely RUDE service from a female staff member 4pm 9/8/22. Paid $15 for 2 drinks and were treated like beggars when requesting fresh cream and chocolate powder on top of the 2 large original iced chocolates. Normally you're allowed to put it on yourself, but this staff member refused it and did it for us telling us it was now too expensive and customers are not allowed to touch them anymore. All we were allowed to have was fresh cream the size of a 50c coin and the tiniest amount of choc powder. WILL NOT BE Back. Also, clean your tables ffs. Shop was filthy.

Food I ordered via Uber were dried out and expired. They were not edible and please do not order from this store.

Inappropriate customer service. Ordered one caramel shake and one chocolate shake but in return, I got two sugar syrups. I am not diabetic and didn't want to be in near future! Awful!

I said I was having my coffee and the cake in the cafe and still gave me as.take away.that was awful experience

Poor customer experience, have no supplies such as ice or cream for majority of there drinks

I came into this place maybe a month before today and the order machine was down, everything was hand written, I came again today, exactly the same experience, took 30 minutes to order and prior to ordering, witnessing the worker making the 'regulars' coffees ahead of the cue. Worst place, zero vibes, won't be coming back here.

Came here the other day and she was on her phone the whole time, very uninterested in her job. Came in today 45 minutes before the posted closing time to find they had closed early, not surprised.

Laughable experience. Imagine ordering a drink without ice, then being told it can't be done without ice. After requesting to just add everything except ice into the blender, she was adamant it can't be done because it is no longer a 'voltage'. Not sure if she thinks blenders run on ice, not electricity, or is just in the mood for a quarrel. Either way, she shouldn't be in charge of making drinks, let alone a business. Ended up leaving without a drink.

Their mocha coffees are the best in Arndell Park Shopping Centre, if not the best in Blacktown.

Sausage roll was like a rock. May be too old to sell or preheated before as the pastry looked burnt. Too dark. Never go there again.

I asked for a cold Mattcha she gave me hot green tea, and she wouldn't exchange to what I asked for initially, very bad service

Ordered a large cold brew with hazelnut syrup, had to repeat my order 5 times to 2 different people and they ended up entering it in wrong anyway.dont think either knew what a cold brew was so i ended up with just a cold coffee with sugar syrup, the ice had already melted by the time i got it because i watched them fill it to the top with tap water and there was no room to put anymore ice in.

A run down store in need of a major refurbishment. Coffee quality was below average. My first time & last time there.

Friendly staff and got the order in a fair amount of time and the order was as it was asked for

I went to take coffee as it was renowned coffee brand name nd i ordered mocha with caramel syrup and it was best quality and quantity amount of syrup which blend so nicely into coffee i loved their coffee especially staffs are so friendly that what ever and however you want they make it for you.

Customer service can be better. We walked in, we weren't greeted. We were looking at menu, girl at the counter wasn't smiling and was not friendly.it seemed she was rushing us to order. We ordered 2 coffees, we weren't asked if it was dine in or take away. We sat down waiting for our coffee. We were the only customers throughout the time and instead of bringing that 2 coffees where we were seated she was yelling out saying our coffees were ready. Gloria Jean's not living to its standard!

I like gloria jean's coffee and other thing which i like most that great customer service specially the morning girls. Great service with beautiful smiles and light humour. Staff is very friendly and they make best coffee?
