Would not serve me a large iced drink because they were “running out” of the large plastic cups. I asked if they could give me my iced drink in the large coffee cup instead and they said no. I was unsure why, they did not provide a reason and they did not offer me alternatives. When I said I’ll just take the small cup then, the staff proceeded to serve with attitude. It’s hard enough being with a sick family member all day, buying a coffee should not be this hard

Applied for a job and wasn't even given an opportunity for an interview or the courtesy of an unsuccessful application message from them. Heaps of experience behind me, but I guess, if you're an older male you have next to "No chance" to be considered. Let me guess, a younger person and a female at that was chosen? Equality only when it suits.

Worst start of the day.coffee tastes like water.asked for extra toasted banana choc chip bread.bread was just warmed n given on a paper plate.both coffee and bread was for dine in.what's the purpose of cups and mugs if you are going to serve everything on recycled plate n cup.so so so NOT COMING BACK HERE!

Spinach and feta quiche for $8.50. Very thin quiche with near to no filling made worse that it was burnt!: (

I hate their coffee it's like yucky and I threw it. Nice coffee at Westpoint cafe like cafe lelunar, coffee emporium is the bestest of all. Good customer service and you will get a coffee here if other cafes are closed. Gloria jeans needs to learn from other cafes

I love the coffee here and Thanks for the some food in the store. Very useful when next cafe is closed.

Good coffee yet options for coffee drop to zero on Saturday and Sunday. I wish they opened on those days.

The baristas here don't know how to make coffee. That milk foam is unseemly thick。After drinking coffee, I went to the hospital and fell asleep on the couch on the 7th floor.

The staff are adorable and always friendly no matter what. They make my daily routine a happy one. They memorise so many orders and do well to make your coffee perfect.

Good to get a properly made cappuccino and a fresh muffin at 6-30 in the morning and not the previous days leftovers.
