Gloria Jean's Coffees

Ordered the new Pavlova chiller, was surprised as thought it would be really sweet, was just right. Glad I only picked small size as it is a bit filling with the cream on top. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Definitely one of the WORST latte I tried. Ordered caramel latte and it does not ttaste latte at all. It’s too sweet with overly roasted milk and I spent around $7 on it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING COFFEE RELATED IF YOU MUST GO.

The coffee is the best in the area but more effort needs to be made. Sometimes I want to dine in and you’re given a paper throw out plate.renovate and focus more on customers drinking and eating in store and not just take away and you have a huge future for big success here. People can bring their children for afternoon snacks and hot chocolate on weekends then. Apart from that can’t complain and best coffee in the Woodcroft/ Doonside area.

Business Has Been Open For Over 10 years and always had a wonderful experience. I understand coffee and the process and always received my coffee correctly. Friendly staff, Easy Parking.

Every time I visit, the staff are happy and cooperative, they love a good joke and the owner is a great guy.

Perfect place to go coffee, staff members are very lovely especially the girls! Love to get me and my family drinks from here all the time! Keep it up!

I ordered spinach feta roll and the coffee for takeaway. The dude just handed me microwaved roll with the coffee. This is ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Went there for evening coffe only. The staff just gave me a mug of coffee without any other things like small coffee plate, a tea spoon and neither a napkin.not a good experience to enjoy coffee

Unfortunately gloria jeans forgot one of my coffees on Uber Eats however when I rang up the employee apologised and delivered the coffee straight to me at work!
Amazing customer service! I forget his name but never let that employee go!

I am a regular visitor of this Gloria Jeans branch in Woodcroft. I always choose a corner cozy seat and sit with my laptop. The staff are so friendly. The best customer service offered, where I could be myself, enjoy cafe's delicacies and work in peace. A big thimbs up for the team. Thank you for taking care of me.

Don't ask me how the best coffee joint is out in Woodcroft of all places. It just is.

Order iced mochas and croissants on the regular from these guys and everytime in recent months it's been nothing short of perfect.

Give these guys a crack.

They actually had a bad coffee that made me sick, and they had a horrible people that makes coffee and also it’s 6: 30 or 6: 40 at Friday this girl out there made me go out even if they are actually closing at 7: 00 and that makes me don’t wanna come back.

I don’t like the fact that they kinda told the stuff their mistake loudly and this Saturday night at 6: 49 no one service me I just want one coffee cause I needed from doing lot of thing this girl in there did not even care and I don’t like the coffee they might not clean the beans.

Great coffee and excellent staff, unsure why the previous reviewer has issues standing up to get their coffee from the counter, its not that difficult to stand and walk 3 metres.

Coffee was no doubt really good. But ambience was worse.
Went there for coffee in evening with my partner. Three girls were on shift. And they had there friends seated at one corner of the cafe occupying the area and making noise.
We ordered food and coffee as dine in.
But no one came and served. We were called out to take our coffee mugs and food from counter on our own.
Never got such a service at any of the cafe’s where you have to take ypur food to your table on your own

Truth is I love their coffee but they didn't listen to my instructions disappointed but still the best gloria jeans around here

Have just tried their new deccant hot chocolate drink Apasutley fabulous so creamy and full of flavour three choices of chocolate I tried dark nice welcome change, easy quick check in fast service friendly staff, very well worth stopping in to buy

Love this place they make my signature coconut coffee how i like it great customer service. Nice place to sit and relax. Staff are allways so nice. But mainly coffee is delicious.

Stop here most days to get my coffee. Can get really busy during the morning rush, but the staff do a great job of getting people out of there at a decent pace.
