Gloria Jean's Coffees

I bought a tim Tam chiller and it was too icey.it didn't taste sweet. Just tasted like water

We were waiting for 2 coffees for 15 minutes even though it wasn’t busy. There were three to four people working and barely any customers.

Staff ignore you if they don’t want to serve you. Then don’t smile or look at you when ordering.

Stay away unless you are ok with waiting 10 minutes for a cap and 15 for a sausage roll with only 2 or 3 other customers in line.
It is not that they are crowded or busy; it's just that they are soooo slooooowww

I purchase Chai latte today from the Gloria shop. But sorry to say…. It was the most bad Taste Chai latte, I have ever in my life. Literally I don’t know the lady on service has any care about order. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Will not recommend Stanhope gardens shop to anyone.

Delicious coffee and great customer service. We always get babycino for our daughter along with our coffees and they make babycino so beautiful and delicious with heaps of marshmallows, cream if desired and sprinkles on top - all for free. At other places you can expect to pay $2 for a simple babycino with one marshmallow.

I wish Daniel and Michael were there every morning.
They truly make me feel like a regular. They already have my drink order down.

The staff is by far the friendliest I've ever met, and the coffee is consistently excellent! This is without a doubt my wife's and my favourite coffee shop!

Coffee is hit and miss, more often a miss. The coffee from the picture is large cappuccino, I suspected it’s not right as it started spilling from the cup while I was walking. Quite disappointing considering you specialise in coffee. Wouldn’t go there again

I drive around alot with my work and there are few places where I would say their service and coffee rate high! But, at Gloria Jeans - Stanhope Village the owners and their staff are top notch, they are very welcoming and professional! I need my coffee fix and am happy to continue my patronage with Gloria Jeans Stanhope Village!

Service is poor. We ordered coffee, breakfast and dined in. Coffees were not served at the table. We waited for a while and I had to pick coffee from the take away counter. Coffee was very cold.

Good coffee and good service, probably better than all the coffee shops at Stanhope. Especially leaf cafe where they serve you coffee like they are doing you a favour.

Amazing staff! The coffee beans have a very strong taste, so if you're a coffee lover go here. Makes a wonderful dirty chai

Ordered a vanilla chiller, was a bit melted, staff offered to add some ice to it and blend it for me:)

Wow! These baristas are so friendly and you can really tell they care about their job! Only complaint would be that the baristas are sometimes so distracting with their incredibly good looks #ad

As usual burnt coffees.it’s a trend at Gloria jeans and some staff there have the worst attitude ever.

This is the best salted caramel latte i had in sydney.daniel made is so nice i couldnt stop myself from dropping this review. Claudia was so warm and best customer service we had.

Absolutely terrible! Asked for a black cold brew, was charged 10c extra as they don't have a button for cold brew. I said fine I don't care just as long as it's a cold brew. Watched the lady make me an iced long black and insisted it was cold brew. It may have been ok if it wasn't burnt. Couldn't drink it.
Staff don't know how to make coffee or treat customers. This place used to be better.
Give this place a miss. Plenty of other options around.

Ordered a flat white and white choc mocha only to find out on my way home that my white choc mocha was a hot choc. Im more than slightly annoyed as I really needed my caffeine this morning. Please ladies if u didn't hear what somebody has ordered ask again. I've paid for something that is going straight down the sink.
