Gloria Jean's Coffees

I arrived at around 8.00 in the morning and bought a bacon & egg roll. First of all the egg was like mush no consistency of egg at all and the bacon was as if it was taken straight from the packet and placed on the roll.
I told the person who served me that the bacon and egg roll was the worst I have ever had and especially about the bacon not being cooked.
I through it in the bin after one bite.
Do not waste your money and time

Appalling service and the food is well below ordinary. My partner ordered a chicken schnitzel sandwich, requesting clearly for there to be no mayonnaise twice. Failed to understand that the first time they made it. After requesting it to be made again without mayonnaise, we opened it up to find it undercooked and soggy along with a nice blonde hair to top it off.

Nice coffee but staff dont have any smiles on their face, don’t even greet you, very bad customer service i am not satisfied

Great place to stop on our way to Sydney. Staff were friendly, food's good, coffee's good.

We brought takeaway coffee from Gloria Jeans very nice flavour nice & hot, good value for money.

Always a great visit & great service to go with the coffee & treats. Even better, you can order ahead & it'll be waiting for you too

There were 4 staff and only 3 costumers and they still managed to take 20 minutes to make a coffee. They got the order wrong and then placed the coffee on the service table with a bunch of other orders without calling out any of them.

Good range of both hot drinks like tea & coffee as well as cold drinks.
Toilets but sometimes not clean.

Seating both inside and outside.

Comfortable lounges as well as regular chairs and tables. Also Bench seating.
Lots of parking out front.
Community noticeboard.
A number of Motorcycle clubs leave for their rides from there.
Another club The Coffs Harbour Rebels use Gloria Jean's now as a ride start venue for their ever growing numbers

I went there for coffee on Sunday. I've been going there about every second Sunday since Christmas because its convenient to meet up with local friends who live in the area.
We only have coffee now after some very disappointing food. EG. Bacon and egg roll that the bacon was cold and almost raw. I took back and got it replaced.
The toilet is always grubby and the hand dryer hasn't worked since I've been going there and no paper towel available. The hand sanitise out side of toilet was empty. I avoid using the toilet now.
The garbage bin was overflowing onto the footpath.
Doesn't seem to be any older staff to supervise the young staff.

Went for lunch yesterday and was highly disappointed, the cappuccino tasted burnt and underwhelming considering the price. Food was lukewarm and also burnt, will not be returning.

Beyond disappointed. Filthy & incrediblely unfriendly staff. Walked out leaving coffee on the table & half eaten food.
Sorry but some hygiene & basic customer service lessons are desperately needed.

I bought a takeaway coffee and while walking to the car I noticed it was very hot and hard to hold. When getting into the car the cup seemed to soften and give way in my hands spilling the coffee all over myself and the inside of the car. I am now burnt from hot coffee, wet and sticky. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I will never get a coffee here again.

Friday 25th Feb around lunch time.
Terrible customer service by a young girl that took our order at the counter she clearly didn’t want to be there, got my order wrong which was fine but when I went to get it fixed she argued saying no that’s what I ordered, a different friendly staff member said “it’s all good I’ll fix it up for you” so she was lovely but the young girl stormed off into the bathroom, not professional at all.

Food was good, tea was great, but the service from the 3 ladies was exceptional! Especially at stupid o’clock in the morning.

6 staff members in store with hardly any customers and the wait on one drink took too long. Perhaps training in quality customer service wouldnt go astray

The worst egg and lettuce sandwich.
Egg was dry and crumbled every where and lettuce was thick white core pieces.

The best staff, service and coffee going on the South side of Coffs Harbour highly recommend dropping in

Received terrible customer service yesterday afternoon. The young lady at the register did not greet us, or ask for our order, or thank us. She stuck out the eftpos machine for payment then walked away. Not a word was spoken by her.
I ordered coffee's to "have here" they came out in takeaway cups. I'm assuming they were doing "have here" orders as the tables had dirty mugs on them from other patrons. Both young ladies working yesterday afternoon need to be retrained on basic customer service skills.
I'm not sure who is responsible for the bins outside the doorway to the store but they were so full they had overflowed onto the pavement.
If the store was busy, I would be more lenient, but there was only 1 other customer who had already received their order and no other customers entered whilst we were there which was approx 15 minutes.
To add to our dissapointment the coffee was terrible.

Horrible customer service! Waiting for ages for my chiller (more than 15 mins) and at least 4 people who ordered after me already got their orders. Had to ask where's my order, she didn't even apologize or making me wait so long, and she forgot to put the flavouring syrup! Rule of the thumb: don't ever go back to the business that doesn't appreciate your hard-earned money!

35 minute wait for a takeaway flat white with only 5 customers and 3 staff wandering around doing a whole lot of nothing.
