Gloria Jean's Coffees Mt Druitt Westfield

Their closing time online says 1730 so I went there for a quick drink. Got there at 1713 and they refused service saying they were closed

Great drinks. But trading hours are a lie. On Thursdays at late night they don't close at 8.30. They never have and tonight they closed at 7.15pm. They never open to 8.30pm at Late night which is disappointing. But the drinks and food are always good.

What an awesome service. Busy clean and tidy. Came to puck up two coffees cause visiting a nearby hospital. Service was awesome. Was give a cup cover to help with non spill in car. Great and happy service from beginning to end

A few months ago, young man gave poor customer service very rude, I told him I will be speaking to his boss, to which he replied iquote my father is the boss, today I was refused service disgusting

Poor customer skills no straws for cold drinks. Everytime I go there they are unorganised. Plus they can't make a decent Iced coffee.

Staff are always so nice here. It does get quite busy but they’re always very quick to get orders out so you don’t have to wait long. Coffee is always excellent, best I’ve probably had. My new favourite coffee shop.

Conveniently located in the centre of the food court, is the prefect place to grab some food with your morning (or afternoon) coffee.

I’ve been here a few times and the service has been fantastic. The two young gentlemen that served me were nothing but welcoming and willing to have a laugh and help me take out my order for me. Coffee was made to perfection. You can see that they care. Recommending this place to all my friends.

I'm not they type of person to write a review for a business, but I had to for this place. This Gloria Jeans have been the absolute best! I also work in the food court so we interact often and the staff here are honestly the nicest and sweetest people. There never goes a day where they fail to greet us and all of their drinks and food are just next level. Thank you GJ for being such a great business and even greater people.

I love the staff at this store as they are always pleasant to deal with and courteous towards customers. I've never had a problem with any of the drinks I've purchased here - always made to how I like them
