Good hardware store although signage could be a little better to assist with navigating / finding products.

Very helpful, inexpensive.
Had a piece of aluminium angle cut up, no extra and unnecessary charges added.

Professional staff, always busy at their work, great range at affordable prices. Had a particularly good experience with Brian who is always friendly, willing to help and highly knowledgeable and practical with respect to our needs. You know your stuff, congratulations Brian and thanks again

Excellent customer service & a wide range of products available.

We filled up our gas bottle & purchased some camping products.

Handy for camping needs when something breaks etc.they have tents, shower tents/shower & other camping accessories.friendly service.

The friendliest hardware store staff I’ve encountered. We were stuck without a suitable tent for our onward journey and, while they did have some tents, they were too big for what we needed, but the staff recommended where else in town we could find what we were looking for and they were bang on! Thanks guys:)

Disappointing the website is not very good. The Catalogue is not available (and hasn’t been for several months) and in a time of being unable to go out, you can’t see what products are stocked or what is available. The only items is what they want you to see.

Nice work honouring the displayed discount price despite the items being wrongly placed in that spot.

Not sure how that 1 bad review got here, usually staff chase you around the store asking how they can help you.

As an older couple starting all over again, we couldn't have done what we have without the wonderful staff at Globe. They always seem to have what we need and the service is always friendly and helpful. Can't beat them.

Staff are very arrogant, everytime you go there to buy something you don't get no help and there are about 15 staff walking around doing nothing like they got there hands in there pocket. Very bad customer service at this place. Got me beat how this place is still open
