Global Skills The Entrance

Made the move from Central Queensland back to the Central Coast and being 63 was nervous about my job prospects and dealing with burocracy but I was made to feel at home and welcome by Mel and then when Mel was unavailable Rachel.they helped me gain certificates and confidence and when my husband was rushed to hospital and ended up in ICU for 2 weeks helped out with groceries and fuel. After 5 months I have with their help found a local job so hopefully onwards and upwards but I am confident if I need help I know where to go. Thank you all the staff at The Entrance but especially Mel and Rachel.

I had the ultimate pleasure of working with the incredible Rachel as my job provider. She is extremely knowledgable about the market and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. Rachel is very detail-oriented and always makes sure that her clients are well-informed throughout the job search process. She's also very patient and understanding, which makes her a pleasure to work with.
She's also very personable, easy to deal with, and sympathetic and empathetic, never making you feel judged no matter what your circumstance is. I would strongly suggest Rachel to anyone searching for work. She has assisted me on numerous occasions in severe times of need and has never let me down. She and the rest of The Entrance global skills team have been nothing but helpful and they deserve full credit for it. I truly could not put into words how grateful I am to her and the global skills team.

I cannot recommend Mel from The Entrance office highly enough on her professionalism and compassion to the effort she tirelessly puts into helping people look for employment! Her personal people skills and empathy for clients is nothing short of amazing!

Faseeha at Global Skills The Entrance is the best employment consultant I have been fortunate enough to work with. She is an amazing, intellengent, knowledgeable and calming person, and listens. I really enjoy seeing her. Always makes time for me. Apart from being amazing and wonderful, Faseeha is personable, professional, extremely capable and efficient, she does what she says she will do, and does it promptly. She is so patient and genuinely cares. A beautiful and kind person inside and out. Other team members there also seem lovely, and approachable. I have the pleasure of Melissa Becroft from Global Skills being assigned as my consultant. As I am a mature aged job seeker (never been unemployed before and now looking for a career change), Melissa has been nothing short of exceptional. The fact that after listening to all my concerns and my current situation, there was absolutely no judgement.
