Mark has helped me a lot.has patience, he is very encouraging, supportive and understands my needs.

My family and I have been going through a very tough time through the last three years with the death of one of our young sons and my decline with my mental health because of it. I also had to recover from a near fatal car crash And this year in February my mother also became ill and I’ve been trying to become her Carer since then. I wanted to thank Mark from Global Skills Liverpool for his total understanding Of our families situation. I’ve finally been granted full carer for mum. Mark knew all this and worked really hard for us in not stressing us even further and was a really gentle and understanding young man. I moved from another agency due to their rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of care only to be taken aback by global skill's kindness and understanding. They have listened to everything I have to say, answered any questions I had and even explained things that they offer very clearly. Right now I am fairly happy with them.

I wish to acknowledge all the staff that work at Global Skills Liverpool and congratulate them on the wonderful way they deal with clients - they deserve acknowledgement and praise for their efficiency and professionalism. I make an effort to come to Liverpool Global Skills each fortnight because of the wonderful way they treat people in general. When customers come in they are always greeted with a smile and everyone is acknowledged and in a pleasant and courteous manner the staff deal with each client within minutes of them arriving. The staff at the Liverpool office are organised and answer all the questions that the clients pose to them in a very professional and informed manner.

They take each person on their merit and never judge - always showing suppport, encouragement and enthusiasm to every client that comes in for assistance no matter what their situation. They all work collectively as one and the service you receive from one Employment Consultant is exactly the same from all the other staff - they are consistent in their dealings with everyone that comes in and they take the time to listen.

All the staff display compassion and a caring attitude and are very knowledgable and I have been with many providers and this provider surpasses every one of the providers for their encouraging attitude and compassion for others. I may only be a small client but I hope that my few words are passed to all the staff as I wish to show my gratitude for the excellent service I always receive at the Liverpool office.

Rude, not very nice, haven’t helped me once even when I’ve had a job they’ve just brushed me off i wouldn’t recommend this job agency to anyone

Natalia from global skills has been ignoring my email for weeks after trying so many times to follow up with her, she simply has not responded and has been ignoring my emails. Very unprofessional.
