The place is not there to help jobseekers back into employment, but rather want to use control system and documentation.

My Consultant Josh has been amazing! Not only does he always have a big smile on his face when you see him. He has helped me with so much more then I could of asked for, Josh helped me in successfully securing a job I’ve always wanted and was always there for every step of the way. He has also helped me with my license and so much more! Josh is the best and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Wanted to make a enquiry. Left a message for a return phone call and did not get one. Poor communication and customer service skills. Incompetent and inflexible. Couldn’t even do a phone or remote interview. It’s 2023, surely there’s more than one way of doing things. But nope, just tunnel vision and didn’t want to help. They make it harder not easier. Avoid. There’s plenty of other options around. Dont care whether you can find my name on the system or not. I’ve dealt with this place and this was my experience.

Campbelltown global skills office is a joke! You have a 10: 30am phone appointment they don't call you so you try to call them so you don't get your payment cut off and not once do they answer, I have been calling the office since 10: 45am and not once have they answered or called back

My Consultant Natalia has been a wonderful help with progressing me into Certificate3 in Business, she is polite, professional and genuinely cares about her clients.
