I have been attending global skills at cabramatta for around 8 months and have always been treated kindly and respected and always have had Loan as my case manager who under stands my circumstances and refers me to the right activities for me. I would encourage anyone who goes to global skills cabramatta to request Loan as their case manager.

Male staff member threw his keyboard at me and called me a stinking dole bludger. I was appalled at the lack of unprofessionalism here.manager was no better she spat in my face and called me all sorts of names.didnt feel welcomed here, vibes are off.obviously, a front for something else.place is riddled with cockroaches' mice.i almost killed one leaving the office.i was too busy holding my face together after having a keyboard thrown at me.

If i could leave 0 stars i would.this place is dirty and the staff are disrespectful and have no consideration for anyone.no one seems to understand what is going on or what they’re doing here.putting customers in risky and unprofessional situations is not helping us gain employment, in fact it is turning us away from it.this place needs to be shut down and staff need to go into a different industry, where they don’t have to deal with customer, since their customer service is lacking and very unprofessional: (
the area in which this office is located is disgusting and smells bad.gives me head aches.not very easily accessible either.no parking.don’t bother.

Unprofessional & Inept.
I found the staff to be Condescending, Unprofessional, Inept & Rude.
Every time I asked a question, it would be ignored until I asked a second or third time, then I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as if asking for information that would help me find employment was wrong.
I was repeatedly given incorrect information.
When I addressed all of this with the supervisor on my last visit, I was given excuses before it was disregarded without a single attempt to rectify it.
I'm still getting appointments from them even though I've notified them that I've gone elsewhere.
I've reported this.

Staff complained about their process being a hassle.it's your job? Seriously.

Hopeless, don't even listen to what you're after just try to put you in any job to meet their targets. And then when you say the job isn't suitable they want to start an argument with you. Worse service provider
