I went to attend my appointment yesterday. On reception Girl Name by Lye was very wonderfull person. Very polite and respectful and responsible for her work. I was not feeling well my blood pressure was low. She treated me so nicely make me sit. And assist me. Really appreciate darling. God bless you. I hope all departments have employees like her. Then company will grow so much. Thanks darling Again.
While there staff courteousness is great their administration, to be frank, is abysmal.
Super polite and professional staff over the phone. Highly reccommend.

Was told my Charlene (?) that for the first 10 weeks with them, I could submit my job search report online. I submitted it via email on the 13th and called them to let them know. Was told "Yep. All good", again by Charlene.
Called them today because I'm not able to report on centrelink. Was told that just submitting it online was not okay, and that I would need to go in and see them. I wasn't informed of any in-person appointment, and the only time they tried to contact me was on the 13th, after I had submitted it, for 3 seconds. The number in the image is the one that they gave me so I could contact them to let them know I had submitted it via email.
The most friendly staff I've ever seen. Positive environment and they help you when you need.
