Not too be trusted, False advertising and quotes, Very slow bad service, Rude removalists, whinge start to finish, They even had words with one another, Wanted to argue the point they both not professional, He called my Friend STUPID, One person doing a job while the other taking personal calls, Snail pace movements just too far, Over charged, Rip off, Got taken for a Fool, The worst error in life mistake of choosing this so called company, got quoted 66 Inc gst plus travel time, Arrived late and get this We all left the old place same time 1/2 later they turned up, 6 hours all up got charged $800 for a job that should have only costed $300 or bit more, Totally wrong, What was the $200 deposit for Fill Your Pocket With Not Easy Money Of Mine? Got charged wrapping like glad wrap, before hand removalist say 200$ we said no then he dropped price to 100$ Not professional serious bubble wrap everything agreed NOT got done only few pieces got glad wrap no bubble wrap, customer needs were not met, Bad service from deposit money tree, Sam you send me two wasters, sad man, I don't have much but what I do have is very important to me, Now let's talk about wrapping.stereo system, microwaves, freezer, fridges, small air conditioning, heater, not wrapped so then where did my 100$ go then? People research before you also fall for traps as this. Not Happy Jan.

Very bad experience, would not recommend even to my enemies. There is no zero or negative star else I would have selected that. We shifted to a new place within 600 metres from the old place. It took 7 hours to complete the shifting for a 2 bhk apartment, though my husband also helped in moving the small boxes. In between the Ute broke down (30 mins lost), both the guys took many breaks while offloading and in the end argued and got the money for the entire 7 hours. Very very unprofessional.

For me they were alright. They did the job but the cons outweigh the pros. At the start, they were complaining that we have a lot of things to move. And they complained about our things being heavy (isn’t it common sense that it will be because we’re moving?). Then they were moving so slow. It took them 3 hours to load and another 3 hours to unload. I was charged 6.5 hrs and they wrote in the receipt that the end time is 3: 00PM but they finished around 2: 30PM. Isn’t it their job to be a removalist? Why were they complaining? As a worker, if you see that you have a lot of work wouldn’t you move fast to get the job done as quickly? But no. They were moving so slow. And I’m guessing because they know that they’re being paid per hour. I didn’t like their service. One of them couldn’t even speak English. How is that possible? The company need to improve if they want more people to hire them.

Used them to move and they stored my belongings for a week and a half and they were water damaged, we also had my partners expensive sun glasses stolen from a see through container, I would recommend to not use this company as they never placed or offered compensation for items damaged or lost and I paid a lot of money to them for the move which ended up being a nightmare.

Do not use this removalist service. There are so many hidden fees - despite what the quote tells you - and when you try and show them your quote says otherwise they won’t accept it. My move should have been done in 2 hours, they did it in 5. They are incredibly slow, take lots of breaks and just faff around. They didn’t pack the truck correctly, and then tried to overcharge us after. They also refused to provide us with an invoice. I wish I had never booked this service.

John Aiso removal from Sydney to adelaide. Move was very good and professional. Came earlier than arrival time expected, did an awesome job and arrived in Adelaide on time and did an awesome job unpacking. Would recommend using John and team again.

Do not use these guys especially if you are female. They are unprofessional intimidating, and extremely aggressive. They will hold your items hostage if you don’t do as they say. They will ask for more money even when you have paid a premium service that is supposed to be inclusive of everything. Worst experience ever

My mother in law used this company to move house from Melbourne to Gold Coast. Avoid this company at all costs - they are the worst removalists I’ve ever seen. They didn’t pack the truck properly and everything moved around on the drive. I wish there was a way I could upload a photo of how the boxes arrived so you could see how bad and sloppy it was. On Saturday 6 of November 2021, I used two contractors from Global removalists to move my 2 bedroom house located in North Rocks to Rhodes. I booked in for the services to start my move at 8am.
My new place in Rhodes is a residential building and has a strata management in place with strict rulings for moving tenants in. I have been advised this is to avoid inconveniencing other tenants when new tenants move in.
I told the removalists there is a strict timeframe available allocated to each tenant and mine was booked for 9: 30am - 12pm.
The removalists booked from Global removalists arrived at 8: 30am, a half hour after the scheduled time. When the truck arrived, my friend and both looked at each other and agreed this truck looked too small and I asked the removalists about the size and they assured me that it was the size for a 2 bedroom house.
Me and my friend helped move the furniture next to the truck to move things along.
It came to 11.30 I called the Strata manager and said we are running late. He said the elevator is booked till 12 and we needed to hurry up. The guys said 10 more minutes but we were out of there after midday.
The amount of furniture I had was equal to a typical one bedroom home as I left with the landlord, a full bedroom suite and there was no dining table!
Once the removalists realized themself that the truck was not going to fit everything, we had to prioritize what we could take. This meant we had to spend time taking back all the items from the front yard section back in the house.
Left in the house was a courier van and two full car loads worth of items.
When the truck left North Rocks, one of the doors was not secure and a few of my items fell out of the truck onto the street.
We started to move items from that point. I stayed upstairs and my friend downstairs helping the removalists.
At 3pm we were not finished.
The strata manager told my friend at 3: 02pm to get out of the garage. Then they carried the rest of the furniture that was in the foyer.
So to summarize the key points of my experience were:
1- Removalists arrived half hour late
2- The truck was too small four the job
3-there was at least 1 hour of wasted time moving items to and back from the truck that could not fit.
4- me and my friend helped the entire time.
5- they kept saying I had too many boxes. I have attached the amount of boxes recommended from hirebox.com.au. I was still within the range and even below the amount.
6- white goods- I only had a fridge. No washing machine. No dishwasher.
7- I did not have a dining table.
8- the service I ordered was to help my move be stress-free and was anything but very stressful.
9- the job was not finished as I still had items at my North Rocks home still needing to be moved. Apart from the stress and severe inconvenience to me, it was not possible to move these items until the Monday with the strict strata management
10- I had to take a day off work on the Monday, organise the van with two boys that I paid $200, my friend also took 1/2 day off her work, booked in with the strata and was no able to hand back my North Rocks house keys until the Tuesday, instead of the Sunday as scheduled with the landlord.
My understanding of a removalist company is that it is their job to make the clients moving experience stress free. The right truck specifications and coordination of the complete job should be a fundamental aspect of a business’s core principals.
I write an email to the company and explained what happened during the move and they didn’t even ring or reply back with an apology. I have been traumatized with the whole move and till today have anxiety over the move.
This company has no empathy or compassion to ones feelings. Do not hire these people as the stress they will cause you is not worth it!

Mansor and the team at Global are just amazing. From start to finish this has been an incredibly positive experience. In the lead up to the move, all communications were helpful and friendly.
On the actual moving day, my sister and I were blown away. I've never seen such a hard working, cohesive team. They work hard and fast with great respect for the items and property. I was extra impressed that one of the guys found a piece of my jewellery and handed it straight to me.
At the other end, unpacking was done with equal speed and care. And they even involved my little nephew, giving him a little pile to 'help'. Can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant job.

The team here at Global Removalists Transport helped us in moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast and boy were they a pleasure to work with. Everything from the initial meeting, moving day, communication throughout, all was top notch. The team was incredibly professional and they did all they could to make the day stress free.
