Poor communications from both GOM and their chosen technician, used so much time of mine for no solution. Kept committing to come back or call back and never did, would never recommend their service.

I am so impressed with the support and knowledge by the technical team! It took us a bit of time to figure out the best settings on the machine. For me it showed the dedication and nothing less then excellence of the technical team to figure out the best settings for my printing jobs. I now have the right printer that does excellent job and I can always rely on Global Office Machines if I need any help.

We needed our printers checked so I requested a quote online, they quickly called and had a technician out the next morning, although the printer was not a easy fix I requested the technician get me a quote for a good replacement to be sent with the invoice for the call out.

That afternoon I had a quote for a new printer that was very competitively priced and Jack answered all the questions I threw at him all afternoon.
That afternoon we decided the printer was perfect and went with it.

Jack and the team at Global Office provide excellent service and am very glad I contacted them.
We now have a great new printer which was put in place and had basic setup done (I am IT support so was wanted to do the majority of this setup) but the technician made sure I didn't want it set up any further and gave me a good run down of what it could do.

Only spent 5mins “looking” didn’t even fiddle with the machine and charged us there call out fee $120.
Tried a different company…no call out fee…fixed our problem for 1/4 of the price GOM quoted us.
People don’t ever use this company.they will just rip you off!

Fantastic easy-to use website. All of the necessary information is laid out in a plain format. The use of colours makes the website very attractive. The page is too long and should be more compact with more links so it looks more like a professional business and less like an advert.

Global Office Machines have the best customer service I have experienced from a printer repairs and service company. One simple phone call an outline of the problem and a technician was out and had the printer fixed and operating the same day.

Now I normally consider myself smart with computer stuff around the house but last weekend I was completely stumped. The printer stopped connecting to the home wireless network all of a sudden. GOM was recommended by a close friend who absolutely loves them. I'm not the type to jump to a repair service but I needed this done quickly. Called GOM to come around to my place and they worked their tech magic. When they told me they were all finished I thought they were joking because they did it amazingly quick.like as if they already knew the steps to fix it. I called a few days ago, to get my HP Printer fixed, a guy from global office machines was at my place within 4 hours, and he fixed the issue with printer really quickly. He was really nice and polite and even educated me on what was wrong with the printer and how to prevent it in future.

So what I can say that they are one of the biggest and most efficient and a independent Printer Plotter and Photocopier Service and Repairs Center so far I know. As they have been providing the best quality service ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. They sent somebody out to repair our flawed printer precisely when they said they would, they finished the employment rapidly and effectively and offered focused evaluating. It was a very busy morning in the office with lots of pending print jobs when our Canon multifunction printer broke down. Found global office machines online and used their online booking form.
