I am always taken care of here. Even if I can’t see my doctor I usually see, Nurses are lovely and reception staff happy and friendly always

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, waiting room was busy, but with many doctors at the centre, the wait was not long.

Am disappointed with the reception. Rang a month ago to book for child’s vaccination and rang on the day to confirm appointment as I didn’t received a text reminder and was informed by the reception that there’s no booking made when it was clearly stored in phone’s calendar. Because of their mistake, it has caused inconvenience and disruption to our schedule and other appointments.

*Update: replying to Victoria’s response - my child and I are definitely in Glendale medical centre records and I’m definitely not confusing you with another healthcare provider. We have to make another appointment the next day and visited the centre on 12/5/23.

Only 1 star as had to to right review. Terrible and rude staff terrible doctors ridiculous waiting. I can dr Kelso for anxiety an depression so puts me on a fitness to drive when not needed an created more stress an anxiety an depression over 5 years to have to leave home to C a doctor to have form filled when I said nothing about driving.

Let's start by saying I've had great doctors and the nurses are lovely, however it's a different doctor each time, most left during covid and there's NEVER any appointments. You ring and it's always we are booked out for the next 2 weeks

Ive had only positive experience with the team here and my Doctor, Peter McGeoch, along with the nurses and pathology crew. All seem to do the best they can to help out with my medical issues when needed. Thankyou all

No stars would be more relevant. This practice is a disgrace, zero compassion, abuse and name calling from reception people giving false information. Brooke the reception person calling people hero's on the phone.training needs be provided to this surgery

The reviews & upvotes to them is all the proof that's needed. This is just an overpriced clot shot clinic. Zero care for patients, you're just a number with pockets that can be milked to this place.

Very abrupt and inefficient staff (frequently lost appointments, even via the online booking). Waits of over an hour are routine and drs can take up to six weeks to see. Seem to have little care for their elderly patients even to have a basic protocol for routine questions. Would give no stars.

That is what Kylie the receptionist here deserves. She is rude, condescending, and a heartless human being who does not care about the wellbeing of patients. I have experienced this in all my dealings with her.

Would give this place no stars if possible! After bringing my client in numerous times for appointments (that every time without fail are running over an hour behind) Only to be met with nasty, rude and unprofessional behaviour. The staff seem to think they are above the clients, and I’m not just talking about the doctors.
The receptionists need to get down from their thrones and realise they are working in a position that encompasses fair, equal and non judgemental behaviour. Every doctor and staff member need to be educated on compassion. Maybe do a work shop?

I dont quite understand that if I make an appointment for 12.15, I usually expect to wait around for 10-15minutes. Without fail every time I have come into this practice wait times are always 1hour plus.
If an appointment if for 12.15 latest i should be talking to the doctor is 12.45 and yet nothing.
The staff and drs are great, they just really need to work on this poor excuse of waiting times and honour appointment times. I scheduled my work day around this and now it has taken 1.5 hours and still no doctor seen. What a joke at least tell me in the morning dont worry about coming into 1pm but no communication just frustration.
Whilst writing this another patient is voicing there frustrations it seems to be a common problem that needs to be looked at. Just some advice.

The staff at this centre are just plain rude, rude rude.
I will not be using this service and i will be telling everyone I know how bad this place is.

You have to book at Hotdocs after hours but no appointments 4 days. Been seeing Dr Peter for over 30 years and cant even get an urgent appointment. Not good. Not happy.

Just waited 45 minutes for my appointment to be told the doctor isn't even coming in! Wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't come up and asked how much longer I'll be waiting! Sick of this practice, I need help and I can't even get it. The government wonders why people commit suicide, the health system is a joke!

The thing I don't like about this clinic is the extremely long wait times despite the expensive fees. I ended up leaving the clinic and now go to a bulk bill clinic where the wait is much shorter and the doctors are equally as good. Overall, they just want to the most money possible and try to fit in as many patients as they can to do that.

What do I do when I make a reservation? I have to wait an hour.
I waited for more an hour, but my turn didn't come. I couldn't stand it so I canceled it.
Why is the reservation system necessary?
If the patient has to wait this long.
It such a ridiculous hospital.

Parking is turning into a nightmare. It seems whenever there is something on at the school next door the car park fills up very quick maybe someone keeping an eye out for this problem might help. Wait time is long at times but what can you do?
