I’ve recently purchased a car from Glendale Mazda and cannot recommend them highly enough. After recent dealings with a private car yard, I didn’t really have high hopes in finding a great car for a good price. However the team Glendale Mazda was able to get me everything I wanted and more. Ben initially took my enquiry and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted in figuring out what kind of car would suit my needs for work and home life. Tony showed me around and made fantastic recommendations on cars to suit my budget and lifestyle, he answered all of my questions, and was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Nicholas in the finance department was absolutely amazing. Everything was super easy and quick and he really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Every staff member, we encountered was very friendly, even if they weren’t dealing with us directly. I will absolutely be returning to Glendale Mazda in future

Solomon Comber was very professional salesman and He helped me and my fiancé to buy a new Mazda CX-30. His expertise and knowledge was exceptional. We both received outstanding customer service and Solomon made the process of buying a new car so easy. Also, his genuine and compassionate approach made us feel very relaxed. When we picked up the car Solomon made sure it was in excellent condition and presented beautifully.

Glendale shopping centre is a good place to shop with plenty of parking and shops. The only thing it does not have is a hearing aid shop.

Justin, Jordan and Nick at Glendale Mazda were awesome to deal with! Bought my car unseen and couldn't be happier! The level of communication was outstanding and they made the whole process a breeze!

Always easy to get a service booking, staff are friendly and helpful, and prices reasonable. Services explained at pickup, and they ring if they find anything else they recommend fixing at the time. Car ready when they say it'll be ready.

First time here after leaving Artarmon Mazda. Feels like once your car gets high mileage and older Mazda servicing is more of a money grab. If you do a lot of kms with your car, servicing is almost unaffordable once you get past 100,000km. I think it's time to move on to independent mechanics.

Due to the lack of care for customers.this car yard is like robbery with what that ask for. And then insult you with pathetic trade offers. They wouldn't even budge 500 dollars. Won't help.out with any finance. Why would you buy here.

I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle and the whole process from test drive through to finance and insurance to picking the car up was so easy.
The car was immaculate and runs like a dream.

Highly recommend this dealership and would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent. This is the third car we've purchased from here, and we've always travelled up from the Central Coast and would do it again.

I have had my car serviced here 4 times in the last 18 months.
Sadly this will be the last time.
Sean Miller is an employee who shouldn’t be anywhere near front of house - especially customers.
My encounter with him was disgusting, leaving me feeling bullied for speaking up about issues that arose after my service there.
It’s sad, the ladies who I normally deal with are nothing short of perfect and dealer owner should know how great his team is there.
But I would never want a staff member like Sean Miller representing my business.
I am more than happy to discuss this complaint further with my review I left personally.

Well I haven't purchased a car from Glendale Mazda yet but I have spoken to one of the young sales guys Tony I think, a number of times he was very nice to talk to and I believe he would be a very genuine and honest salesman which is hard to find these days, the kind you would ask for on repeated business. Unfortunately I had a quote from somewhere else I liked so was unable to purchased from him but I would definitely go to him first next time. Untill I purchase a car from Glendale Mazda i can only give a 3 star. Based on my experience with the young salesman I believe it would be more like 5 star had I purchased there.
