glass brasserie reviews
75 Unfortunately, the food was not up to my standard, and it took a while for all the meals to come out.
The set menu didn't have many options to choose from, and I had to eat vegetarian food. I was highly disappointed that there was a limited selection of meat. We were not impressed by any of the desserts either.though everything looked fancy on the menu, but when it came out on a plate, it did not satisfy our tastebuds.
It's super expensive, too.
It was a one-off experience, but we would not be going back there again.
The service was amazing.we were well looked after by all staff members and the atmosphere along with the comfort is super friendly.the vibe was absolutely fantastic in this place.but as mentioned the biggest let down was the food.
We went there before we went to the theatre and had a steak each very chewy even the people next to us sent theirs back but we didn't have the time to wait, for the price we expected way better
The food was great but the service was a bit disappointing. The food has amazing presentation and taste!
Famous and delicious place
Sydney weekdays from 12pm to 4pm
Great place to eat cheaply
There is a variety of shopping nearby.
Have been going on and off for years and its still an all time favourite for fine dining. Go for the food, go back for the wine. Love
it.
Beautiful food, incredible service. Would come here again and again. Had a wonderful time and felt very well looked after. Loved sitting by the window on the high table!
Amazing classy bar with a lovely atmosphere, great service and top lychee martinis. Perfect for after work snack /drinks or a cosy date
Loved coming here for Breakfast for several years especially on an occasional leisurely Sunday morning and as always been a wonderful dining experience both very relaxing and pleasantly remembered long before kitchen /dining renovations. Having more recently visited with my Service Dog. Kindly appreciated Restaurant Manager Vincent’s and all other new Staff for your kindness and accommodating support and service at The Glass Brasserie. Looking forward to enjoying a special event Dining Experience as presented by renowned Chef Luke Mangan.

The food is not bad actually, everything a little too salty maybe. The worst was the service, unattentive, had to ask several times for a water refill or if I can please order another drink. Drinks took forever, the bar is too busy tonserve both bar area and dining area. The waitress spilled parts of one of our drinks on herself and did not even realize it. The worst is they add a 10% service charge, which I would not have given them normally, given the very bad service.
Not recommended.
We enjoyed a fantastic buffet breakfast to start the day for our sons birthday.
The ser ice was excellent, and the food was delicious.
It's easily one of the best buffet breakfasts in town.
It's a shame that a stellar, well known brand such as the Hilton struggles with big groups (couldn't cook a steak to liking) and is so unimaginative when serving gluten free desserts. Atmosphere and service - well done menu selections - do better.
Went to Glass for a drunk at the bar on Friday evening. As usual the room and the service was top of the line. Recommended
Was here for my 30th birthday dinner with my boyfriend. It was good experience. Lovely staff and great food and wine.
We went for drinks only and the bar tender did not know how to do certain drinks. On top of this the only waitress had a problem with priorities, ran around without any plan and cleaned empty tables several times and forgot to wait guests over it. Tables are old and worn out. All in all a disaster.
They belong to the Hilton Hotel which is even more embarassing. Never again.
Best Buffet breakfast in the CBD, walk in's get a discount. This is great food at an excellent price.
Standard upper end hotel buffet. All the normal options but with some good fresh juices/smoothies
Truffle & Parmesan French fries. Truffle mashed potatoes. Green leaf salad, raspberry dressing. Rocket and parmesan salad. Sonoma wholemeal “Batch 30” sourdough
Served with Luke Mangan olive oil. A Glass of Sav Blanc. The perfect meal. Yes I know its an odd choice from a brilliant à la carte menu.but before you raise an eye brow. I suggest you try out the combination if you are a potato, truffle, and fresh warm bread lover. You'll be rolling out of the joint in carbo-hydrate heaven.
Wonderful choice for a special birthday celebration. Food spectacular & service attentive, professional yet friendly.
Even the teens were impressed!
1 enjoying the duck ravioli & the younger 1 WA scallops!
Thankyou for a lovely evening.

Walked in and the older man who was working the restaurant portion of the area was quite rude - greeted us and told us we can sit anywhere but after we found a table and went to sit he moved us somewhere else. Once we were seated this man came over again and snatched the wine menu out of my partners hand as he was reading. After that experience we decided to move to the other end of the area to be served by a lovely woman - that is the only reason why this review isn’t 1 star. While the place was lovely the rude man working tonight made sure that this will be the only visit we make to this bar/ restaurant.
