Although my balcony is a simple 4 meter run made up of 3 glass panels, it really is magnificent. Our glass balcony is situated above our new garden room in our new house. It is situated on the first floor of our new house, so is extremely useful for our business. It also allows us to look out into the garden from our office, and let more natural light into our office. It was easy to deal with the company, and the information provided is quite clear and transparent, like the products. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The whole process of placing the order was smooth and efficient, and the product was delivered exactly when it was promised to be delivered and installed by the Glass Balustrade Authority. Each of the components was carefully packed and labeled, making installation straightforward. I did get some quotes from other suppliers who were considerably more expensive than Glass Balustrade Authority, so I decided to place the order with them.

Saw the product at a big glass design show in Sydney. It is very good quality. I didn't want a cheap glass balustrade and the services that they offer are not cheap but I thought I was buying a very good product. This company has provided very professional, efficient, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to any prospective customer.

Construction of a brand new house on a very steep plot of land, after removing the gardens of two other houses. The site, on the southern boundary Sydney CBD, allowed us to maximise the outstanding views over Sydney Harbour in the direction of Harbour Bridge (but as a result strict planning constraints were required!). The location of our development was ideal; we decided to make the most of the views by building glass balconies and terraces on two different levels in order to maximise the views.

The product is really good at providing everything that is required to achieve this. Looked at various options and got more than one quote for the work that needed to be done. This review is somewhat late. We live in a house in Sydney South which was constructed many, many years back. Fortunately, the previous owners gutted the place and did a wonderful job upgrading it. The balcony did not get included in the upgrade. I called 5 distinct glass balcony experts and it was quite a simple choice to go with the Balustrade Sydney Authority. WOW! Did what they promised.
