Rob and he's team went above and beyond taking excellent care of all our belongings and house aswell being very personable and professional.

Exceptional service and care from Rob and his team! They moved all items including bulky/heavy furniture with great care and no items sustained any damage (which is almost expected during a move). Rob and his team worked in a timely manner and was done moving a 4 bedroom house just after lunch! Amazing team was friendly and polite and professional. Will definitely recommend! We moved from a 3rd floor 2 bedroom unit from Inner West Sydney to a 2 bedroom house in Newcastle.

Simon came around and did a quote which was a very competitive price. He was very helpful and great to deal with. He was also very accommodating and responsive to updates and kept clear lines of communication with us by email.

Phil and Richie did the hard yards of moving all our stuff, packing the truck safely and securely, driving 2.5hours all in the rain then unloading it again. These blokes are a credit to the industry and worth every cent.

Everything arrived safely and intact as it was packed and handled with care and professionalism.

Excellent removalists. Very affordable and they did a very good job. They could not have been more patient and helpful. Absolutely lovely blokes.

I had another mover cancel on me the night before my booking, called Giraffe and they fit my move in the next day. Jerry and his team Todd and Connor were friendly, professional, dealt uncomplainingly with stairs at both ends of my move and got all my stuff safely into a new apartment with no scratches or damage. All this and it was stinking humid summer weather, too. A great job and I was hugely grateful, would recommend these guys.

Cannot recommend them too highly. Of our 12 moves, the move with Giraffe has been one of the best.

Giraffe removals did a great job in moving my son’s belongings to his Unit, up two flights of stairs. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the service and communication.

We had a short move between apartment buildings, however it was down and up stairs.
The team did wonders with the move and didn't complain even though I certainly would have and they were so careful with our goods.

Have used this removal service twice before and was pretty happy. Went to use again, but when I only enquired if their crews were vaccinated, they hung up on me. With removalist crews coming inside my house, this is a completely reasonable question and the reaction I received was unprofessional. This is probably an inconvenient issue that they will need to grapple with.

Jerry is an absolute superstar. We had eight years worth of stuff crammed into a small upstairs apartment. Jerry led his awesome team of two hardworking men smoothly and efficiently throughout the apartment and had everything into the truck and safely to our new home in no time. Including getting a massive fridge down a narrow set of stairs. And not even a scratch on anything. And he did it all while being super friendly and very funny. We 100% recommend these guys and if we ever had to move again they would be our first call.

Jerry and Remy helped my mum moved from Blue Haven to Cronulla and they did and absolutely outstanding job!

They were on time, efficient, professional and happy, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them and they made my very stressed out mother very relaxed about everything. It was a long day for them and they didn’t complain or show that they were tired once and worked very hard all the way to the end! I will definitely be recommending your company and them to anyone I know that is moving house!

Got this business to move our 3 bedroom house and yard items. They arrived before the planned time and got the job done without any breakages. Could make some improvements to the booking system maybe with some reminders and confirmations of the upcoming booking - as while they did not miss us I did not have a confirmation record sms/email etc. I would recommend them to others.
