What a luxurious spa day experience!
The staff were so welcoming and helpful, I had one of the best facials I’ve ever had and the cheese platter and sparking wine at the end out in the garden topped off a wonderful experience

What an experience! It was my first time at a spa and the staff are so professional and welcoming. We had a couples package - outstanding lunch, spa, and massage. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed and loved everything we did. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Visited Gillian Adams with my girlfriends today. Wow what an experience. The place was clean, the facial was amazing and the food was excellent. A special shout out to Nella our host for the day that was very informative and went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. We will definitely be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at Gillian Adams Salon & Spa today. I had the microdermabrasion facial, and I felt like a new person afterwards.
From the moment I walked in the experience was amazing. The facilities are truly fabulous. From the decor, the atmosphere and ambience.
The facial was very relaxing and exfoliating, and the mini massage incorporated into the treatment was incredibly therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing.
The staff at Gillian Adams were all very friendly and professional. There are so many different treatments on offer from hair to beauty to massages and more.
I highly recommend Gillian Adams Day Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely appalled by their customer service. The receptionist (with dark black hair) was so rude because I didn’t confirm whether I wanted to have breakfast in prior (I mean what if the options are limited and I changed my mind), I had to overhear her talk trash about my requirements to her colleagues. There is nothing “relaxing” about this experience. They churn people in and out, everything is so time conscious, the spa rooms and the changing locker rooms are so tiny, it’s literally suffocating with so many people going in and out. Oh do not get me started on the micro-aggressions of being a POC. We were not even treated as nice as the other guests. Also they offered complimentary beverages as part of the aquamedic pool service which I thought would be nice but ended up getting a mimosa (the orange juice went bad). Nothing here is bang for your buck, go elsewhere. Their unique selling point is the alluring Roman pool to attract customers and that’s about it.

Omg, 3 hours of heated pool, body exploration, massage and facial. Amazing place. Not only is the atmosphere amazing, the treatments are wonderful and the team are so accommodating. Beautiful experience.

Impeccable service. There is just no words to describe how amazing we were treated by all the staff that we interacted with. Coupled with the services that were provided, Gillian Adams Salon & Spa doesnt really leave any room for complaints. If I was forced to make a complaint/suggest for areas of improvement it would probably be that there weren't any disposable combs to use with the hairdryers. But thats only if I was really being pushed to make a complaint. Everything else was supurb.

Best hair cut ever with Amber. All the staff are outstanding and the luxurious environment is totally relaxing. Ask for Angelica for any beauty therapy including painless waxing!

Amber is the best hairdresser there at the moment. She is talented, positive, energetic, warm and encouraging. Gillian Adams has done very well to recruit her!

Had the Royale experience. Every need considered and thoughtful. Excellent service. Food was perfect.

I received a facial from Gillian Adams Salon & Spa. I notified the lady giving the facial I have sensitive skin and especially to synthetic products. The product that was meant to tingle didn't for me. However, a product that was suppose to be fine started burning up my face. The top of my face and cheeks. She removed the product, but I don't think she removed it properly from her hands. As I have a rash on the back of my neck from where she did a massage afterwards and a rash where the heat/tingling happened.

Overall, the facial was extremely disappointing. It went very fast and felt like they were going through the motions and just had enough probably because I and my friend were the last people of the day. They were ready to go home on a Saturday afternoon.

My face will now take 2-3 weeks to recover from the facial. Very disappointed.

I took my friend for a spa day to celebrate her birthday. We used the pool and steam room, followed by an aromatherapy massage and then Devonshire tea. The whole experience was delightful and as two self proclaimed “massage snobs” we both loved our massage experience. Will definitely be back!

I recently had my 3rd visit to Gillian Adams, but unlike previous times, I am uncertain as to whether I will return.

I sent the following as feedback in an email to the Gillian Adams team 2 weeks ago, but have received no response, despite it being the email address they direct you to as a means of contacting them.

'I had a pleasant facial with a friendly and knowledgeable beautician. We spoke about my skin concerns prior to the treatment and once she started massaging my face, she recommended a certain treatment ‘at extra cost’ in order to truly benefit my specific skin needs. I agreed and did not question this exact extra cost as I believed that if that was a substantial amount it would be openly disclosed prior to commencement of treatment.

Unfortunately, much to my surprise, when paying the bill I found that I had paid an additional $50 for the mask and also $180 for a serum. This was rather devastating for me as I showered straight after the treatment due to knotted hair from the scalp massages I had received throughout the day. Had I known that $230 would be described as mildly as ‘extra cost’, I would not have agreed to this treatment. Perhaps in the future your beauticians can disclose these amounts to clients prior to treatment, as I was in a blissful state post massage and did not think clearly enough to question. '

I have been disappointed at the lack of response from the Spa, but also the more I have shared this situation with friends, I feel somewhat taken advantage of where costings are concerned. I am aware this is a luxurious and costly experience, and perhaps some clientele would not bat an eyelid at that extra charge, however that is quite substantial for me and has been a shock to myself and those that I have discussed it with.

Didn't rush us. Food was incredible, spa and steam room were amazing. Loved the whole experience including massage and facial. Best surprise birthday present for my girlfriend.she had the best birthday ever apparently!

Typically for Sydney there is no car park for clients so you either walk there from home or use Uber. There is nowhere to park on the street either.

Loved my experience on both occasions. I have the salon visited separately for my skin and hair and saw remarkable results. Definitely will return!

I went for a vitamin c facial which is 50 mins, the beauty therapist Rebecca I think said I should do a peel and uv light therapy on top of the vitamin c facial!
So she cleaned my skin, then she put the peel on, cleaned my skin, then she put the light therapy on, I got a head massage while the peel was on, both arms massaged while the uv light was on, then she dabbed my skin with two types of moisturiser and then I was done within 45 mins! They charged me for the peel, uv light and the facials but facial only consisted of a clean and two dabs of moisturisers all done in 45 mins! How does this work? $230 for a clean and two moisturisers? Absolute rip off and utterly disappointed
