Gilani Engineering has a very big showroom with everything. I tried some scooters and I am very happy with it. Raj that arranged. Quick delivery and took his time assembling and demonstrating again at our place so I can use safely.

Great service both visits professional and virtuous staff. We had been searching for electric wheelchair for some time we found exactly what we wanted at Gilani.

BEWARE! Should have read the reviews before taking 2 of my cars here for modifications. Workmanship and parts used are appalling, both cars have been back there as neither of them function correctly. Their response was that they would just remove the dual control and give me my money back, after spending thousands in mechanical repairs. And having components ripped out of my car and pieces of carpet cut and left bare. Total botch. Bullies and terrible communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Any reply they post here will be just more lies!

Purchased Falcon wheelchair today. Best experience. The guys there were very helpful. Spoke to Raj first. He was excellent. Explaining everthing about these wheelchairs. How they worked and which was most suitable. Manager was great and very helpful too. Quality of wheelchair fantastic. Wheelchair ready to go in 1/2 hour. One happy and smiling customer. Do not hesitate to go and see these guys as there are many wheelchairs to choose from.
You will not be disappointed.

I can highly recommend Gilani Engineering. Raj was extremely helpful and patient, no question or concerns was too hard or a bother. I felt comfortable and the process was made easy.

I have just got back from a cruise around the Caribbean. The electric wheelchair (air hawk) was a great help. There was not many places it would not go on or off the cruise ship. Some of the ramps were narrow and had sharp bends. Where people with electric mobility scooters were getting stuck the little airwalk was not slowed down. Great little unit.
That is three airlines that have no problems with transporting the unit. Singapore airlines, United Emirates and Delta.
A lot of the other passengers on the cruise ship were also impressed with how well the airhalk performed on an off the ship

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, as well as competent. I am happy with the wheelchair and commode that I purchased, both at reasonable prices.

Just spent an entertaining 90 minutes at Gilani Engineering looking for and purchasing a Literider electric mobility scooter with the excellent assistance of Fadi This super friendly man went above and beyond to provide my wife with the mobility assistance she will require on a day to day basis after her double hip replacement.
That purchase led to a further of a Chicago reclining lift chair with massage. The only reason for the second purchase was the confidence provided by the professional approach of Fadi and ALL the other staff and the obvious quality of the product which met all of our requirements for Julie's rehabilitation. . Last year i send them an e-mail about our patent product, transfer chair, with all the informations, and what they Done (?). Just they made a Copy. In any case as we found out it, we reserve all our legal rights.

Was looking for a good wheelchair for mum, and Gilani Engineering has so many choices and the best wheelchairs I could find in Sydney. The staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent service and fast assembly for the add ons I chose. I'm glad I came to take a look, ask questions, try the chairs, and able to make an instant purchase that mum can use straight away. Thank you very much Gilani Engineering, definitely highly recommended and will come again in the future.

Fantastic service from Raj. No rush in making a decision. The Falcon model folds easily to fit in the boot or the back of an SUV. The chair looks to be well made and sturdy. It is comfortable to ride in and easy to manoeuvre.

Very Poor Customer care service. Staff mentions they don't have time to explain the product details to customer. Doesn't seems to be aware of there product catalogues.

Worse company to deal with, so incompetent, they just can't seem to do anything right. I just wish I had never bought anything from this company.

I Brought a battery operated scooter for my 95yrs old dad from Gilani engineering last week, Fadi and the sales team were friendly and helpful, the scooter is fantastic and affordably priced (giving my dad more independence when shopping), they have an extensive range of products in there showroom and I highly recommend this Company.
