Was wonderful to find gifts that are delivered on time directly from Australia. My Son and his fiancee were delighted with the gifts.

Very disappointed as my hamper to Mosamman Pk in Perth didn't get delivered & I am still struggling to get a full refund as I only recieved 2/3 of the price I paid for it.

It is not easy to arrange a gift from New Zealand to someone in Sydney. After being disappointed by other companies that I have used, I have decided to go with Gifts Australia this time because of their unique product range which I could taylor to suit my taste. The phone call the day before the delivery was appreciated. The gift arrived on time, well packed, cold and looking very appealing. My famile was very impressed. Thank you Gifts Australia!

I am based in London and I purchased gifts through Gifts Australia before Christmas. Their products are of good quality and selection. There are a lot of options to choose from. They delivered my orders on time before holiday ends with a heart-warming message attached to every gift I purchased. My relatives in Australia loved it.

Great selection of gifts, from small and inexpensive to wallet-busting hampers. My sister loved my choices for her and the gifts were delivered on time and nicely wrapped.

I will never shop here again! I wanted a specific date delivery. Couldn't get it through the website, so called customer service.they couldn't care less that I wanted a gift for my wife on our anniversary and they would not help at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway and I waited 5 days until their website stated that delivery would be on the day that I wanted, so I placed an order.next day they very proudly emailed me to tell me it was about to be dispatched. 5 days early!
Quick call to customer service again, and again the same rude response.
So the gift arrived 4 days early, nobody at the work address to collect so it just sat there until my wife found it outside the next day. So, no anniversary surprise and melted chocolates inside.
Thanks for nothing!

*update* - they didn't even deliver all the gifts that I bought. The rest of the gifts came on the following day! - Why can't you deliver everything together.on the day that you say you will

For the 14th February Birthday, a gift was sent to the 5 year old Girl recipient. It was actually delivered on that day, the day of the Birthday. Unfortunately, the family were not at home but were able to collect it the next day. They were delighted, as were we with the gift and the prompt attention given to it. Thank you very much.

I think this business is a scam.they took money out of my account, and no order number or confirmation was sent.
I’ve been trying to contact them for a while with no luck…

An amazing way to be able to surprise someone far from home, have sent a few hampers now, the hardest part is which one to pick as there is many to choose from. Once you’ve purchased, they have great communication. Shipping is fast and items are well packaged.

Website offers good searching - wish you could filter out Out Of Stock (or see when they might be back in stock and/or order to a waitlist)
