Service is first class, and they generally know their stuff. Prices are fairly reasonable given they're pretty much a monopoly for rural products in our area. Parking can be a problem at busy times, so choose mid-morning or -afternoon weekdays if you can.

Always excellent service. Really competitive pricing and they always offer to load or help carry to your car. They have a good range of feed, feeders and associated items. Easy to access with on-site parking, even though it is a small carpark they serve quickly so parking is surprisingly good.

I wanted to buy chickens from Gibbs Farm center. I could only buy two at a time and l could not choose them myself. I asked if l didn't like the one that they brought me, can l ask for different ones. He told me that l should take the one that he got me or get out. At $29 per chicken, l would of thought I could at least get the ones l want, but not according to Gibbs. I will never go there again!

Good farm centre with almost everything you need from chook feed to fencing. Found things cheaper and more expensive there so helps to shoo around.
Staff are very nice and helpful.

I have left in frustration during my last two visits due to the same experience. Whilst talking to a staff member about some quick and basic questions about a product, the conversation has been interrupted by the manager cutting in and talking to that staff member about unrelated business matters as if I didn’t exist. I found it unprofessional and certainly didn’t feel as if the customer came first. Left the store on both occasions to attend another local business to seek the answer I needed and make the quick purchase I was looking for.
