At first, I was really skeptical about education and migration agents because I got rejected before by one agent without even listening to my background story and what I needed. But then I found Giant Star. Williana carefully listened to everything and helped me to sort things out. All the staff were also very communicative that they answered all my queries (eventho sometimes I asked silly question). After I completed all needed documents, my visa was approved within 3 days.
