Went in and a worker was clearly too sick to be there, talking to other workers about how sick everyone else was getting. Left immediately.

Terrible customer service and experience. The staff are extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful when there was a problem. Will not be visiting this store again.

The racks were arranged with a sense of accommodation and thought. The staff were charming and kind, very eager to help but they never overstepped their boundaries. Clothing was expensive as expected, but the 20% off sale was applied with no qualms.

Went in after seeing a few kids jumpers for my son to wear to daycare on their website which were on sale for $20 (reduced from $39.95), and let me be clear it was NOT an online only sale and they were the exact same jumper.

Picked them up and took to the counter as they all had stickers showing $29 on them.
When I asked them to match their own website they said, Sorry no we can't do that.

Apparently that's their company policy.
Poor business ethics.

Ended up going to Myer and bought Quilsilver jumpers for him which ended up being cheaper than this.

Don't waste your money being ripped off by these people, they'll just charge whatever they think they can get from you.

Friendly staff, beautiful designs but the sizes are all on the smaller end and are a bit pricey for the quality.

The service of some of the staff here is absolutely appalling. Manager far too young and clearly never been trained properly. We had younger staff apologise to us for such a bad experience.

Made my first purchase at this store yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

BUYER BEWARE NO REFUNDS. Purchased a linen shirt for my daughter and it was too big, went back to Erina store and there were no smaller sizes. Not able to get my money back even though it was not a 'change of mind'. I was only offered an exchange (to which they could not accomodate my size requirement, no small in stock) so I had to settle for a store credit.apparently this is store policy and passes all consumer laws as advised by head their office.disappointing in this day and age most stores would have refunded me and kept me as a happy customer.at that the store credit is only valid for 6 months? Will spend my voucher and not return.

I wouldn’t give them any stars, I had to give one to make a review. I went into the store, looking for clothing, the girl came to me and looked disgustingly at me up and down, and said I don’t think anything will fit you we only have small sizes. I was so upset, I cried for days, my mum wanted to go inside the store and tell her off. I held her back. So I’m making a complaint at the Ghanda clothing store in Erina. For making me feel little, I am already am body conscience. Awful customer service.

Loved it! Nice T-Shirts and the staff were really nice and friendly! Happy with what I got and learned things about shopping if u don’t like it don’t Buy it! ️

My 12yo daughter only got 2 shirts because the promotion said $10 off second shirt. The cashier told her it didn't apply because of the 25% sale which is fair enough but when my daughter told me just after the purchase that she didn't want the second shirt without the discount the lady refused to give her money back even though she had only purchased it 2 minutes earlier. This was her Christmas money and only being 12yo didn't quite understand what was going on. Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

I should put Zero start, for very Poor quality of service, in erina today your sales worker was so rude to my girl by saying to her that you only sell size 10 and nothing will fit her, so upsetting.

Love shopping there! The retail workers are so nice and make sure your taken care of, by talking to you to make sure you got what you wanted or help you with whatever. Good retail service and clothes are lovely.
