Got a 3m bin at my house and they sepose to pick it up a month ago, no one is answering and the bin is still at my hose now

The bin was not delivered the day I had arranged and when I finally got in touch with them (because they never answer their phones) they said the driver had come but couldn't drop it off.which was a lie because I was there on site all day. The bin finally arrived and I got confirmation of the date of pickup. The bin has not been picked up and I have received no communication and they have not answered my calls. This is the second time they have done this. I thought I would give them another chance but they are the worst skip bin company. Absolutely the worst customer service and communication skills I have ever seen.

Absolutely no communication on what time the bin would arrive. The driver spoke no English and had to call someone else to speak to me. I called them over 5 times and they never pick up. The bin was supposed to be gone from my yard yesterday and it is still there.and they won't even answer my calls to see what it going on. Absolutely the worst skip bin company and the worst customer service out there.

The last few reviews, say it all.

Firstly, I asked for an invoice three times before they sent me one.

Secondly, I called/emailed to ask what time the bin will arrive and no response. The bin arrived at 7am in the morning, not even during business hours and I had to rush to assist the driver on where to place the bin (as it is a workplace loading dock not a home) It was also very hard for the driver to communicate with me, so he had to call a friend to translate everything I was saying.

Lastly, my bin was supposed to be removed from my workplace last week and after a week of trying to contact them they are still not responsive! Hopefully this review will get to them so they can CONTACT ME BACK!

This is not a reliable bin company, look elsewhere!

These guys are hands down one of the worst services we have ever crossed paths with. Customer service is shocking. The bin was late to arrive and picked up late. Communication was totally absent and after requesting a refund for these poor services and providing sufficient evidence and grounds for requesting the refund they declined to assist. I would set my money on fire before I spent it here again.

Ironically calls themselves the “most reliable” skip
Business in Sydney. This couldn’t be further from the truth and was met with even worse customer service - bin dropped off late, picked up even later, and no communication in between. Additionally after several attempts to get through and communication reached bin was again not picked up on promised time. A simple request for a refund for the terrible service was met with them claiming they proved they were of no inconvenience.plenty of good skip bin places out there, don’t chose this one

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Wasn’t picked up when it was supposed to be picked up. Will never use them again and I would recommend you use a different company.
