Bianca was just lovely. She explained how often and why I need to have my eyebrows done regularly. I loved the shape she did for my eyebrows. Not too thin and not too thick. Pricing is competitive, too.

The older woman that works here does an amazing job. The younger one (i think her name is bianca) made my eyebrows extremely patchy. There is hair missing in my eyebrow somehow after going to her and yet she didnt get ANY of the hairs surrounding my actual eyebrows (which is what you're supposed to be removing?)

The lady serving said it was really busy while there was 1 person in store. This was half an hour to close and I wanted to get my eyebrows done. She could be easily done it in 10 minutes but she had a bus to catch. Hopeless!

Very dissapointed! I came here on a Saturday and put my sun glasses on my lap. The lady that was doing my eyebrows took my sunglasses and put it on the counter for me. After I was finished of course I had to forget to take them and returned next day and find out my sunglasses were not kept aside for me and they couldn’t find it. I came back after 4 days to find the same lady that took them away and she told me that she put it away for me on the top of the counter but now doesn’t know where it went! How hard is it to put away others belonging in a safe place considering the fact that it was the staff that took it away from me in the first place. It’s not about the sunglasses but being considerate which is something basic!
