Amazing customer service from start to finish. Cathy was super helpful in organising the correct sleeves for us and sent out a few samples first.
She even out of goodwill sent out extra sleeves as I made the mistake and ordered the wrong sleeves. Super appreciative. Thanks again, Cathy!

Visited the store last Thursday to pick up a post it tube, the store is a veritable Alladins cave of product, for me the amateur through to professional businesses, school kids projects etc.

Ordered a product. Took over a month to receive with no feedback, I had to keep chasing them for updates on my order. Then when the product was received it was not as per their website description. When I asked for a refund because it was not what I ordered, I was told I have to pay for the return cost as per the T&C. They have since updated their website description after I ordered and pointed out the issue but they still want me to pay for costs.
