Deb is great, a pleasure to have her as our fitness instructor, with lots of variations in exercises, to keep us moving, and fit. A bit of fun as well.

Just a perfect venue for older Australians and others who want to keep fit and active throughout the week. I enjoy my time on a Monday with other like minded friends.

Love my vital moves with Deb twice a week. She makes exercising fun. Whatever exercise Deb has for us, you can work at your own fitness level.
I’ve gained my balance back & I’ve lost a little weight.
I’ve made some great friends too.
