Never rang me back despite admin taking my message and telling me someone will ring me back. Found another professional company whose communication was professional.

Hard to contact, unreliable if you are on the outskirts of there area, take deposits and don’t turn up. Give this one a miss

I contracted their services in mid September to install new guttering. I paid in full at the time of ordering. They estimated three weeks until the installation date. After nearly six weeks of waiting, without any updates, we finally called up to find out what was happening. They told us they would be there the following week. They were not, again without a courtesy call. We called again and finally another week later, without any notice of the actual date, they arrived and completed the work whilst we were absent. We noted they had not re-installed the gutter guard, instead leaving it sticking up on the roof. They had also left nails and rivets across the ground and in our pool. Their unprofessional practices and sub-par work were surprising for a company of their size and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Had Greg come and give me a quote for the removal of my old asbestos roof, and replace it with colorbond. From start to finish the team were fantastic to deal with, always kept me up to date with the progress and dealt with my changing requests with ease. The job was completed and the workmanship by the team was A1. If I ever have to replace another roof, GE Sault will be the only place I deal with.

Greg promptly provided me with a very reasonable quote for roof restoration and repair. Within weeks of first correspondence the work was completed. Broken tiles were replaced and moved around for aesthetics from the front aspect. All ridge capping was repointed and rotten timber on two front gables covered beautifully with perfectly matching Colourbond.
Each individual with this company has been very respectful, polite and friendly. Processes were explained and photographs were shown to me so I did not have to tackle the ladder and roof myself.
All safety measures were taken.
Overall, my experience with G. E. Sault and Sons was pleasant and positive.
I would highly recommend them.

Got a quote and paid a deposit to go ahead with it. 2 weeks later they tell me they will charge a extra $1100 because they made an error with the quote. Rubbish, I'll find someone else to do the work thanks.
