4My niece and her partner were visiting from Canada and were thrilled with their lesson and their instructors; first time in the surf! They then rented boards at other locations along the coast. When i told them to be careful of the rip they asked what that was! I was very surprised and a little angry that you would send novices into the surf without some discussion of rips and how to deal with them. It’s as much a part of surfing as getting up on a board and given the consequences, a lot more important.
My grandchildren had a fabulous private 2 hr lesson today - they had so much fun, gained so much confidence and had a fabulous time. They both want to have more lessons. I am sorry I don’t know the teachers name - Aaron, Arid - but he was “awesome” the kids had a great time and we were confident that they were in safe hands. 5 stars plus for Gerroa Surf Camp!
Our kids, aged 9 & 7, love spending their holidays with Surf, Skate, Meditate crew, the instructors are so good with the kids, they keep it fun whatever the weather
Had a private lesson for 3,1 adult, a teen, and a tween. Was A great experience and well worth it. Took some complete beginners to almost standing up. Recommended 100%
