I love Gerringong but I had never visited this shop before. Well stocked clean and friendly. Great trade area downstairs. I left but subsequently needed some unexpected help - the customer service from the manager and staff before and after purchase was excellent - thank you so much. The staff at Gerringong Hardware were amazing. After having losing a screw off my pram I popped in to buy a replacement. After helping me in the shop they came out to the carpark to help me install it onto my baby's pram. This was such a help as I had my 2 little ones with me. You don't get that with the big hardware chains and I really appreciated it.
