I found Gerain Group from word of mouth by chance after they did someone’s bathroom. I called and Lorraine quickly booked Georgio to see me asap. He is professional and did all the necessary measurements and did the drawing so quickly that I was surprised to have a response that quick and very precise in his breakdown of work and of course price was reasonable. His team were professional, polite and knowledgeable of their trade. Thank you for always listening and responding to my questions and I am very happy with my new toilet see photos. I renovated two bathrooms with Gerain and have been very happy with the results. Everything from start to finish was professional, well organised and well communicated. The projects finished on time and on budget. Georgio was always willing to provide advice and support as well as answering queries after hours and on weekends. Had 2 bathrooms and a balcony renovated by Gerain group. Absolutely amazing company - they operate with a high level of transparency and professionalism. Communication was amazing. All qualities that I find very reassuring when trying to find a builder!
