I went there on Sat 14/10/23, the young female pharmacist there was rude, unprofessional, and had a sick attitude. Will never go back there.

I prefer coming to this pharmacy above all others in the area. My experience has always been positive and helpful and I have to attend the pharmacy alot for myself and for my parents.

By far the Worst Service- female brunette staff is by far the rudest women I have ever been served with, she should not be trading as a pharmacist the most unprofessional miserable person I have ever encountered. Screaming and disrespecting other customers in the store, I will never attend this store ever again!

Ellie and the team are always very helpful and exceed our expectations when it comes to advice and assistance with meds and health care, especially during the Covid crisis, where they provided comfort and convenience for us. Thank you

Usually nice, thorough people, but be very wary trying to send a coded script to them. They require you to ring them prior to pick up of said script and tell you what you want. When you show up, you may not get all your scripts anyway, as has just occurred to me. So remember to ring first.

So so rude if your not there standard and above. Watch you like a hawk even though you have done nothing every.

Way toooooo expensive.items cost twice the price as other pharmacies! I was desperate but never again.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been a regular here for almost 2 years and am confident to say that you won't be disappointed! Customer service here is at higher standards than any other place! People here are so friendly and treat you like family.
FYI- they literally have anything you need at this place

Amazing customer service! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist you in every way possible. The customer service is on an another level and I have failed to walk into the store without being asked if I needed help, which is great to see. The Pharmaceutical Prices are much cheaper than every other pharmacy I've been to. The store is always super clean and tidy and items are always fully stocked. Thank you to the team at George’s hall pharmacy for creating an enjoyable experience when ever I come in.

WOW WOW WOW! I genuinely do not understand the negative feedback left of this place? The crew here are extremely helpful and always on their feet to assist you in regards to whatever you need. Been to Georges Hall Pharmacy multiple times for beauty and fragrance products. They have heaps of brands of all types of makeup and perfume
would recommend to visit if in need of any makeup, presents and perfume/cologne. (obviously medicine too)

I have visited this pharmacy numerous times and always found them to be helpful and professional.

I find it strange how someone can put up a false review. The incident that happened with this so called carer is not the story I was told by the 59 yr old woman who you knocked down to take the toilet paper off her. Do you not realise there is video evidence of this shocking behavior. Plus you failed to mention that after knocking her to the ground and taking the paper you left the store without paying telling staff you were going to car to get your purse! This poor woman who you knocked to the ground has been in pain ever since. I think the staff here should send the video to the police and let them handle it. The staff here are some of the best people around they looked after woman who you assaulted and couldn't have done more for her.

On the Thursday the 19th of March 2020, I came into the Georges Hall Pharmacy aiming to purchase toilet paper for the elderly that I work with, instead I was met with an extremely unprofessional, ill-mannered and racist staff member. This staff member REFUSED to sell me the toilet paper, I further explained to her that as a part of my job, I do shopping for the elderly who are immobile. I also showed her my work ID but she still refused to sell me the toilet paper, she INSINUATED that I was LYING and I wanted to STEAL the toilet paper for myself.

I am deeply disappointed, offended and disgusted that any staff member would treat a customer this way.

I have dealt with Elie on many times, his attention to detail is second to none. I love the service the layout and the staff.

I have always had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The staff are enthusiastic and always willing to help. The team there knows me by name and are relaxed yet professional in dealing with any requests that I have. Elie the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful and takes an interest in my health which is important to me. Keep up the great work and the community feel.
