Terrible experience dealing with this agency. Receptionist is extremely rude and arrogant. No one gets back to you and in my experience having to deal with this agency they are very dishonest!

Very tardy at returning mails and calls, take weeks to have repairs done and then have the audacity to retain $400 from ones rental deposit because they took a picture of two moths on a ceiling and found a single plug point that was not clean enough. Very disappointing experience Everyone we met in Terrigal laughed at us when we signed the agreement with them and now we know why. Be warned.

UNPROFESSIONAL! By far the worst real estate office I have ever dealt with!
The so called "Property managers" do anything but manage properties.don't return calls, never follow up on maintenance issues, blatantly lie when questioned on issues that are not followed up, only respond to emails when it suits them a few days later. Will try to scam any last dollar from you!
Would not recommend George Brand Terrigal EVER!
