I was in there the other day waiting, when I overheard a conversation about how the holocaust never happened and sure some people died, butv6 million cmon, I was so appalled knowing my real estate is run by holocaust deniers.

George Brand was a pleasure to deal with. Either with initiating the lease or when I moved out it was smooth and easy. Loved dealing with Danielle and the process didn’t feel pressured. Last thing you need is more stress during an already stressful period and George Brand did an excellent job with helping us.

Rented a property in Kariong managed by Linda Clayton with a family of young kids.
We lived at the front, another group rented out the back.
Absolutely terrible.
The water for several days out of the tap was thick, brown water.
Linda and co told me (after I reached out to CC Water) they couldn’t do anything or offer a contractor - despite this being an emergency need.
We ended up installing our own water filter, showering at friends and buying crates of bottled water.
Our internet didn’t work - we rung Telstra who said despite us never using any data in the first couple months, our data was getting used - we didn’t know by who.
We rung the real estate and said there were connectivity issues - we couldn’t pick up anything and there’s been builders working when we’d just moved in and maybe they damaged the cables.
Real estate scoffed at us and said we were crazy.
We paid our own contractor to come out and check the property behind us where the cables ran. He found the cables had been split - most likely from builders damage - and dirt had been piled on and smoothed over to hide it.
We pushed the $1500 contractor fee to find and fix this onto the real estate. Linda and this company blatantly lied and said this was our problem and they refused to take responsibility. They gave our number (instead of being the middle man and handling this) direct to the builders who damaged the cables.
The building contractors rung and bullied us over the phone and also refused to foot the bill and yelled us over the phone.

The landlord rung us once apparently real estate had NEVER reached out to them about any of the issues - the water, the internet connectivity, the damaged cables - until we threatened to to go to Dept of Fair Trading and report.

Landlord apologised, paid to fix the cables and paid our first month of internet.

Linda Clayton and this rental company are a disgrace

Ross and the team recently sold my home. Have had nothing but a great experience with this realestate. Theres a reason why they are number one, and i delt with a few local shonks and wasted a lot of time!
