Had to leave my vehicle outside dealership, as had broken down, (they were closed at the time) the owner Geoff was doing a bit of work around the place.
He inquired if I was ok as I had to leave it on the street till they opened, told me who he was and opened up the workshop, and put my vehicle away so I didn't have to stress about leaving it unattended.
A big thank to Geoff King!
Such a relief to know I could leave it there and continue to get to my destination in a hire car.

Ethan is the best salesperson i have ever dealt with. He didn't sugar coat anything. He kept me updated with the movement of the car and was very honest with date of drop off. He was able to swap the colour I wanted (ordered white but wanted charcoal) with another dealership within 24 hour's of putting down the totally refundable deposit (changing the colour wasnt guaranted). No complaints at all when it came to Ethan. Other salespeople there, on the other hand, judged a book by its cover and didn't offer me any help (let alone said hello) after 4 visits. I was prepared to buy in another town if I wasn't offered help the day Ethan asked. 5 stars Ethan
The receptionist lady was so rude & not very informative, receptionist looked like she didn't want to be there and didn't assist with me at all. I'm trying to get my car serviced and her attitude was so unfriendly. Terrible customer service
Excellent service from Ian Henderson. Explained all the features of the vehicle indepth, nothing is a problem. The whole experience from ordering the vehicle to delivery was commendable.
Went to look at MGs and Hendo was fantastic wasn't pushy and if he didn't know answers to my questions he went and found out. We decided on spot to purchase our new car.

Rotten service. No plastic on seats during service. Took 6 hours for a 2 hour service. Better going to an independent garage.
I had reason to have a replacement of a minor part to our MG3. Told it would take about 1 hour. On arrival I explained to the Service Manager, Gary that I had a pressing issue so if they could push it a little quicker for me it would be appreciated.
Ten minutes later the car appears ready for collection. Thanks Gary, very much appreciated. We don’t see customer service like it very often

From the day we decided to buy it and ordered all the extras, everything went so smoothly and even though we were originally told that it may take a few weeks to get the extras installed considering it was so close to Christmas…. But to our surprise it was all ready done the day we picked it up!
I was quite nervous to have to drive through Coffs Harbour because I hadn’t driven for over 2 years and the traffic was bumper to bumper because of that time of year, so Paul kindly offered to drive me to the other side of Coffs Harbour so that I didn’t have to deal with it!
Then I drove home from there, almost an hour away…. And she drove like a dream ️…. Thank you so much Geoff King Motors, it has been 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier with this purchase and the customer service was exceptional!

First and last time visiting Geoff King motors. Needed to take my Brand new Mitsubishi Outlander in for warranty claims. As I have just moved down from Brisbane my previous dealer/service provider (Motorama) had advised me I need a strut top bearing replaced as it had prematurely worn (car not even 6 months old). Motorama phones through to Geoff King Motors to organise the warranty claims (also needed a new head unit) I was advised that Geoff King motors would need to look at the bearing themselves prior to making the warranty claim which I understood. Upon collecting my keys after dropping my car in I was told by Justin that the head unit had been replaced and that they could not hear the noise the car was making that indicates the worn bearing. I asked if anyone had LOOKED at the bearing and he said that they hadn’t as they had no reason to. I explained that I had been told by Motorama that they had greased the bearing but that it would have to be replaced. Justin argued with me and spoke down to me in what I felt was a highly unprofessional and condescending manner and when I expressed the fact that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me he told me I didn’t understand and more or less kicked me out the door. There were other customers in the office at the time that saw and heard the exchange. Justin walked away and I was left with a customer in the office who explained that he has also had very poor dealings with your team and that he was not surprised at the poor treatment. All Someone needed to do was LOOK at the bearing to see that it needed replacement but I was told they wouldn’t do that despite being asked to check it out from another Mitsubishi service team. At the end of the day it’s a warranty issue and should not make a difference which dealer/service department i take the car too. You should listen to what you’re customer is telling you instead of talking over them and becoming rude and arrogant. Will not ever be coming back here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to be made to feel like a dumb idiot.
After dealing with all Coffs Harbour car dealerships, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Mark from the MG department was patient, helpful and understanding and most importantly not pushy like all other salesman!
You can tell they genuinely care! Loved their customer service and will definitely return next time I need a new cart:)
My car wouldn't start this morning within the hr l had a service man there who was great. Couldn't fix it so had a tow truck arranged and no trouble at all. Just waiting in morning for the news to see what's wrong. Thanks
