We made a very late booking for a band and GENR8 we're able to provide an amazing band for our fundraising gala. The band was professional, friendly and ready to go. The whole place was dancing from the first song.

We recently had Matt come and play at our wedding party. We wanted a party vibe and we got it. The music was amazing & all of our guests loved the music he played. Book Matt for your event!

We booked Paperboy through GENR8 for our wedding and I couldn't fault them.
Molly was very responsive during the booking process and made it super easy to organise things in the lead up.
And the band on the day were fantastic! The boys were really friendly, played a great selection of songs, and had the dancefloor full all night.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

When it comes to wedding entertainment, I am a massive live band fan and believe they bring the best dance floor vibes! While googling wedding bands, I stumbled across The Paperboys and used reviews to make my decision to book them. So, by writing this review, I hope I help many future wedding planners with their decisions!

The Paperboys were absolute legends! At 4: 30 pm during cocktail hour, they had the majority of our wedding guests up on the dance floor and this vibe continued through the whole night until the last song was called.
They played some of the best songs and encouraged everyone to join in on the singing. My guests are still raving about how good the music was all night! I would highly recommend The Paperboys for your next event. They bring the vibes, and their music and voices are amazing!

Loved the band. Got the crowed involved, very easy going and were happy for the guest to use the microphone and sing along. Music was great, danced the whole night long. Would book them again in a heart beat. If you book them you will not regret your choice.

We had no idea about selecting a band for our destination wedding in Port Stephens, so to find GENR8 online was a major help. Having clear images and links to videos and songlists of the bands helped us to choose what was the perfect band for our wedding. Cassandra and her team were great with communication.

Matt was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone commented on his beautiful voice and talented keyboard skills. Such a talented musician and a wonderful man. His managers and agents made organizing everything effortless and seamless.

We had Teasha and Mari for our work Christmas party, and they were fantastic. Would 100% rebook them again for another event. Thank you to the GENR8 team for being so helpful and accommodating through the whole process.

Ampcontrol had a last minute need for a performer and GENR8 were amazing, extremely helpful and the musician Bernie was a hit. We can't say enough good things about how accommodating and easy it was to work with GENR8, we will be using them for future events.

Matt Mclaren is absolutely incredible! We have had him play at our events for 3 years now and he delivers every time! Our guests always come up to me and say how amazing he is plus the dance floor is never empty when he is playing! We will continue to use him at our events as long as he will have us!

We had Gen-R-8 perform at our wedding and they were tremendous! Cassandra was so helpful communicating with us before the big day, and then the band were brilliant! Everyone had a great time, the band interacted with guests including those watching remotely via Zoom. We highly recommend them for your wedding!

Wow! We booked Matt McLaren for our wedding and it is safe to say this is the best live performance I have ever seen. My guests were continually coming up to me throughout the evening saying, ‘where did you find this guy? ! ’ ‘He is beyond amazing! ’
He captured the vibe perfectly and fit in so well with friends and family. He even played the piano while my brother sang my husband and I a song This is a memory I will treasure forever.

Cassandra from GENR8 was so patient with me leading up to the event and so helpful. She was extremely organised and didn’t forget any of the small details to make the day perfect!
