Excellent service, couldn’t have been better, Rebecca found me jeans that suited made it painless and easy, even though I am not in the stores target demographic. Highly recommend

After visiting several stores looking for Stretchy Wide Leg Jeans, I was constantly disappointed I wasn’t able to find this particular style in my size anywhere I went and dissatisfied with the lack of service and overall experience. I then decided to give General Pants a go for the first time and was extremely pleased with Harry’s and the Store Managers service, immediately when you walk in the vibe and energy is warm and welcoming. Harry immediately approached me and asked if I needed any help, after explaining to her the style of jeans I was looking for she literally found the perfect pair in under 3 minutes, I was so shocked as I spent hours in previous stores to end up with nothing. I just wanted to thank Harry and the Store Manager (assuming she was the store manager) a huge thank you for making my experience at General Pants amazing! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for high quality jeans and great service.

April 15th I walked into the shop at 6.20 and the manger looked so angry that I walked in and made an audible sigh. She then instructed staff to go lock the front doors (6.25pm). She turned off the music in store and started yelling that the store was closing. I was trying on clothes and she told me to hurry up because they are now closed (6.29pm). Someone managed to walk through the doors around 6.28 and she literally yelled at him that they were shut, he protested saying they are open until 7 and she replies ‘fine, just hurry up’. I’m not one to complain but this was the worst, most passive aggressive service I’ve ever encountered. I looked at previous reviews and it seemed everyone has made comments about the same girls for months. I’ve included a screen shot with an exchange of trying to meet my boyfriend in there but he couldn’t get in at 6.35pm on a Thursday night.

The lack of customer service in this store is a clear indicator of why GP is losing to competitors. Lazy staff, rude manager

Frustrating! Rocked up with some mates at 6: 40pm to do some late shopping because it's said on the website they close at 7pm to find the store had its doors closed and locked. I gave them a call and a staff member said they close the till 15mins to 7.then why does it say closes at 7? If the staff want to go home early then change the time to 6: 30 instead of 7.

Change your closing hours on your website or maybe actually close the till at 7

Why am I not surprised seeing complaints about that Asian girl? Bought a jumper last month, during the check her bad attitude was like “now I have your money just leave”. She’s the reason why I’ll never purchase anything in your store again.

Staff are lazy, insulting and scantily clad. They'll look to tell you their life story without solicitation

Josie was delightful and cheerful! She was very helpful and inclusive of my bashful non-binary needs. She went above and beyond my expectations!

Horrible service ever! The asian girl staff asked us to don’t make it messy because We were have a look fews pieces of clothes, (I think that is their job to fold them back even the customers didn’t buy anything) but We end up with bought 2 tees, and when she sent the bag to us after we check out, she even didn’t sent it to our hand properly, the bag almost fall down from the counter without say sorry! Such a poor service, will not go back again!

Experienced bad service from asian lady working today (3rd nov) in the afternoon. Firstly, although she is in customer service she was rude and no smile at all. When I tried to take out a jeans I was looking at she grabbed it and took it out with a straight face. I understand you don’t want it to get messy but at least be polite about it. Even smaller stores treat their customers more warmly.

Called ahead, they put aside a cap i've been looking for for ages, sold it to me, no mess, no fuss. In and out. Tops.

Vile offensive music full of swearing playing at high volume. Just so unnecessary and unpleasant.

Had a bad experience today during check out. One of the male staff members at the check out counter first high-fived the lady that helped me decide on a pair of Dr. Martens ($260), and proceeded to ask the other staff who helped me before as to why I didn’t get the shoes from her instead. All of this happened in front of my face, and I had to awkwardly pretend I did not just hear all that. After I paid everything in full price, I remembered I could get 10% off with my student card. I apologized and asked nicely if I could have the discount, and that male staff member showed me the sassiest attitude I had ever witnessed and the stinkiest face. Tapped on all the buttons really hard to show that he was not happy apparently. Did not even care to look at me once during the whole process. I have no bad feelings towards the store, however, this staff member was VERY unprofessional today. 10/10 a terrible experience and would not visit again.

General pants is great. They literally have everything I ever need, never goes wrong. Can always find what I need. Location is pretty central as well and convenient. Great service from the staff as well

Goods are pretty cheap even though they have good quality and design.
Superduper friendly and kind staffs (also handsome). They provide great customer service. I highly recommend this place to young people
