The service was horrible. They gave no advice and when I asked questions they just brushed me off completely and said that they had sorted it out without any explanation of what they were doing. Extremely rude staff and no help at all. I didn't want to give this place even one star but they won't let me post this review without rating.

Most unhelpful accountants ever! Told me that as a tradesman I can't claim any expenses at all. How do they even practice?

Not happy with this mob. Was quoted a figure on the phone but charged more once they lodged my return. Also, they didn't really do much and rushed through my return is 10 mins. Would not reccomend.

The service was horrible. Make my tax more and don't even want to help me to fix it. If got a Zero point, I'll give to them, because they don't deserve to have any business.

Worst experience ever, wish i could give him a negative rating. This is second and last time i went to him, last year everything was okay but this year I gave him my group certificate, a new bank account and new address on 3rd of august 2017 to apply for tax refund and paid his fee. 2 weeks went by didn't heard anything from ato so i called him couple time but no answer then 3 weeks past i called him and he finally answered, when ask him about my tax return and he said he don't know who i am so i gave him all my details again and he asked me to call after some time, i called him next day on 24 of August and that was when he filed my tax return, 3 weeks later than he was supposed to. Guess what, again 2 weeks went by and I didn't heard anything from ato yet, so i called him again to ask what's going on he said he will check with ato and call me back but never did so i called him and he said ato said the money didn't went through to my bank account so they have posted a cheque. I ask him if he updated my bank details and he dont even remember me giving him my new bank account number and when i ask if he updated my new address and he is acting all dumb, mentioning my old address and asking who live there, well how am I supposed to know who live there all that matters is i gave you my new present address, and he said he will sort it out. Well as usual i never heard back from him so 1 week later i called ato my self and found out he never updated my details and when i gave them my new details ato said it will take another 12 days for money to come through Now I'm so pissed because my wife delivery in 2 weeks time and i need to look after her and I'm not entitled for any govt.benefit and i planned to use this tax money but thanks to GD & associates i wont be getting that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for tax refund.

Yes, me too! I've also been coming to them from the last 17 years and their fee is still the same- 50 bucks! My family and friends all appreciate their expertise, great service and always highest refund.

I have been coming to this tax agent from last 20 years.amazingly, their rate is still unchanged $50! Plus, I get the benefit of getting expert advise throughout the year whenever I'm in need and they don't charge any extra for advise. Thanks GD and team.
