I first reached out to Gavan Property around 2 years ago and the agency connected me with Dane. Dane’s knowledge of my property, the history of the building sales and the area was incredible. Dane understood what I wanted to achieve and worked together on a action plan. Over the 2 years the trust I built in Dane led to choosing the right time to sell. In June 2021 we started the process to do a small tidy up and renovation. I call it a Mind Blowing Experience because Dane looked after getting fantastic tradesmen into the property, cleaners and also organising the property to be staged. I am still in stock a week after the sale because Dane achieved a new record sale in the suburb.

My husband and I have had many different experiences with different agents and by far Andrew was the best. Andrew was always professional and consistent. He would always keep us in the loop of where things were at with potential buyers.
