Hard for me to separate Doctors from the overall group. My Dr is simply the best, compassionate and caring. The rest of the staff and nurses are mostly gruff and some even rude.
The Skin cancer side of the business is even worse, front line staff are super efficient but you only get one question before the big eye roll.
Dr and nurse seem to happen regularly. The entire place is controlled but a gruff old boiler who can really give you the treatment. I wouldn't care and wouldn't bother writing this review if it wasn't so bloody expensive.
I've been attending these GMC places for 6-7 years the bad stories seem to outweigh the good. At least I have a very lovely Dr and a good back up now. It's taken awhile.

Easy to book, checkin and at the end. Would be good to be able to check in on the HotDoc app. If you can, then I could not find it.

Booked an appointment online 6 days in advance and had my appointment cancelled 90 minutes prior as the doctor has decided he is not taking new patients. Service has slipped greatly over the past few years

I've been living in Melbourne for the last three years and have recently had surgery to remove SOME clots from my left leg and restore blood flow to my foot.

I was looking for a doctor for my ongoing medical needs and after reading the outstandingly bad reviews from so many people, I just crossed this practice of my list of potential options.

How can a medical practice continue to operate with such negative feedback being generated? Surely the owners must be aware and wanting to rectify ttd situation, or are they just editing for a liability situation to force their shutdown?

Bad feedback will follow individual doctors and if I see any of the same doctors in other practices I'll be avoiding them there as well.

I think it's pretty sad that a health practice has nothing sugar free to drink other than coke or water

Have moved away from this practice as many of the doctors do not do face to face and administration has continued to cause grief with accounts and payments. Administration also failed to adequately support my move to a new practice causing unacceptable delay including data errors and no confirmation of information being received by new GP. Disappointed

Receptionist very rude not helpful rang to get medical records transferred to new doctors who said that they asked for payment to be sent. Very disappointed find somewhere else to go.

I made an enquiry using the website's chat-like system. Someone saw it and called me but I couldn't answer the phone because I was at work. I then messaged them again using the chat system and have not heard from them at all. I had no choice but to call but the receptionist could not answer any of my questions. And they didn't even try to help me - why are you a GP and not a receptionist helping people in need? What is the receptionist for? I had no choice but to find another GP.
This place is very unfriendly and I would recommend elsewhere.

I visited this clinic recently. I arrived before the time of my appointment so I wouldn't keep the Doctor waiting! Well, it was the opposite, After waiting for more then an hour, I went to the front desk to enquire if I had missed my appointment and the young lady checked and said no and there is still 2 people in front of you, I waited for another half an hour and then finally I get to see the Doctor, which by this time is nearly 2 hours. I finally hear my name being yelled out from down the hall, she doesn't even come out to waiting room to get me. No apology or sorry I am running late, nothing. My time with the Doctor was rushed, I felt she wasn't present with me or really cared, she was in a hurry, she writes out a script, no explaining anything about the medication she wanted me to take and if any side effects I could have. I walked out feeling I waited all that time for that experience. NEVER AGAIN, I will find another practice where they truly CARE for their patients. "People don't CARE how much you know, until they know how much you CARE. " It's as simple as that.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Nilanthai high enough. An amazing doctor who genuinely cares for her patients and follows up to ensure everything is ok.

My wife and I came from Melbourne to do visa medical examinations. We booked at 9: 15AM and completed all examinations just in 1 hour both of us including the Chest X-ray. They are very efficient and helpful, it's not like the reviews say it will be a long wait. And the reception staff, nurses and doctors are very friendly and patiently

I highly recommended to make an appointment here for a visa medical examinations, which can be a month faster than Victoria

If you like to wait for hours and want to feel like your an item on a factory assembly line rather than a patient then this is the place for you, otherwise go somewhere else.

Please avoid if possible I came from Melbourne for visa medical and have to wait for 70 minutes. What's the point of giving time slot for booking appointment if they want us to wait for long.

Checked in on arrival but wasn't checked in by staff, after waiting for 40 mins checked with desk and was told they didn't have me checked in, if I didn't enquire at the desk I'd still be there waiting in the waiting room. My time is just as valuable as any doctor and this happens too often: (

Avoid if possible. Reception is Rude. Doctors are snappy. DONT BOTHER. And if you have any mental health problems don't see Dr Love. He is a STRANGE strange doctor and treats his patients like NO doctor I have ever seen before (I've had a stroke and seen my fair share of Doctors and Specialists) AVOID Dr love!
