25Excellent service and advice! The Swedish retail assistant (cannot remember her name) was super helpful in guiding our pot and plant selection for a recent project - thank you
Thank you to Garden Life and Alex for an outstanding styling consultation which exceeded all expectations. Looking forward to the masterpiece.
Amazingly friendly help with choosing from a selection of unique and high quality plants! These guys really know what they are talking about and if you don’t want a vanilla garden- this is your place!
The only thing better than the pots and plants is Alex & Marnie’s beautiful energy! Highly recommend.
Great shop and staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff took their time to understand my requirements, and I’m very happy with the service provided.
Wow - just ask for a young lady called ‘Rosie” I walked in here clueless and within 30mins Rosie had the solution to my potting needs, even told me which ones were on discount and a clearance coming soon, great advice, amazing service, not pushy like some places, just really great service, great advice and happy to change the delivery to fit in with my day! So happy i popped in, and yes, i’ll be back for more of her gardening advice, 100 stars - Rosie made a complicated choice simple. Outstanding
Garden life designed and landscaped our courtyard and roof top garden. The quality of design was exceptional. The team were knowledgeable, attentive and were so lovely to work with. The design elements are spectacular. They were so clean and considerate in our home. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.
Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about plants. He invested time in helping me select some of the most unique plants that look stunning, along with giving me great tips on prolonging their lifespan. A super nice guy who really knows his stuff. A pleasure to shop at Garden Life as the service and quality of products is awesome.
My favourite destination for statement pots, healthy plants and the loveliest staff. I didn’t want the ‘Bunnings’ look for my home/garden and Garden Life were able to help me with a beautiful selection of plants and pots that added that special touch without costing a fortune. Would highly recommend.
Fabulous day of Springtime walking in the Pittwater bushland environment with our generous host, sharing his knowledge and passion, and support for such a worthy cause.
Beautiful oasis in the middle of the urban jungle. Very carefully selected plant variety for sale along with thoughtful combinations of plants and pots. Also some very unique offerings like brass and architectural pots.
A great experience starting with a ferry ride and then a beautiful walk through the bush being told about the environment around us and stories from the past by
two locals and finishing with a beautiful lunch overlooking the water.
What an enjoyable way to raise money for ILF.
As always my dealings with the staff is exemplary. They are all friendly and professional.
Having owned garden centres I really look for this kind of service.
Gardenlife kindly donated all their time & resources, to provide a much needed makeover of the new ‘Sunny’s Courtyard’ in support of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation.
This was a community project to make-over the outside space of Sunny’s Café based at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick - and provide a welcoming space for all the Hospital community who use this space.
Sargon, Rebecca and the team were very generous with their time and expertise to Project Manage the whole process for us - from idea to implementation - and ensure the renovations were completed on time and to the highest standard.
We are so grateful for your support and generosity! We simply could have not done this job without you.
The Garden Life Bushwalking Fundraiser was such a great day out exploring Kuringai and Pittwater. Richard and co-guide Paul provided a fun, informative and invigorating day for the small group of keen hikers. We were very excited starting off at Church Point for the ferry, great to find free all day parking just a small stroll from the Ferry pick up point too. We walked through some amazing parts of the national park and learnt a lot about the local habitat and landscape and history of the indigenous people of the land. Some breathtaking views and spectacular waterfall along the way so we got some great photo opportunities. The walk was rather invigorating but an easy enough pace so fine for people not super fit (like me). The walk finished up at Richard's private home for a sneak previous of his beautiful heritage home on the waterfront and a fabulous lunch to satisfy our hunger by this time. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience something different to do on the doorstep of Sydney. Great price and best of all ticket price goes towards a donation to supporting the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. We will be looking forward to booking again. Sarah and David
Extremely rude staff. After going there and buying plants on million occasions, this was our last time there. Girls attitude assisting us was like “oh god, can you fckn hurry up”. We looked beyond this and continued being nice and choosing our plants. Just to later get hit on the head with that same girl saying “u know we have a time limit here on how much people spend in the shop”. This was while I was trying to get the answer to the questions and assistance out of her that she was unable to provide. If we got assisted and helped quickly, we could get out of there earlier.
Then being shocked by such customer service, went to pay in silence. Afterwards asked if someone will help us get the pot from under the table (as that’s what normally happens so we don’t break or damage surrounding items), I was called rude by a pregnant woman, another worker. I didn’t react. She came over and to attempt to bring the argument further saying “excuse me? ! You’re lucky we are open”
This is simply not acceptable customer customer service.
Extremely rude. Provocative. Unwilling to help or assist.
I’d understand if we were nasty customers, but we werent, we just took our time choosing plants we were about to spend 1000$ for.
Why do you even bother to stay open if you’re so annoyed by the fact customers come in? !
This experience left us feeling frustrated and deeply upset. Never again will we be back.
Rude and abrasive staff, poor customer service. No variety of products. I would highly recommend to go anywhere else but here for anything garden or plant related.
This gently paced walk through beautiful incredibly varied bush from Elvina Bay to Lovett Bay is a joy. Richard and Paul were great guides through the area, sharing lots of little stories of people and places as well their knowledge of the bush. The lunch was wonderful, thanks again Richard!
Very friendly staff who took time and effort to explain the history of Turkish pots, 50 year old oil pots that were buried and dug up. Will go back.
A bit high in price but good quality products and plants. Not much parking available, but there's a nearby McDonald that you can park.
