Gang Gang Gallery reviews
13We attended the inaugural opening of the Beatlesfest 7 Valleys. The gallery was unique with many local artists displaying their works
Having lived most of the past 10 years in Paris, London, Basel and Madrid I have had access to some of the worlds finest art, and of course art galleries.
Attending an opening here on August 5 I was very impressed by the hosts warm welcome, the quality of the art, and a great sense of community involvement.
Totally recommend a visit to the area and in particular this very good Blue Mountains gallery.
Beautiful things to see and an area for workshops that is both beautiful and well appointed. A great place
Beautiful gallery! Sharon is just lovely and very well informed about the local area. She features outstanding artists from all over. Many events are hosted in the gallery. Follow her on IG & FB. Gang Gang Gallery - a definite visit to purchase your choice of art to take home.
Another excellent exhibition at the Gang Gang. What a great asset the gallery, and Sharon's support for and promotion of local arts and artists is to Lithgow.
Great little gallery with monthly music events that are well worth attending. Paco LARA was excellent. Thank you Sharon.
VIP Customer service Sharon
Gang Gang Gallery is presented beautifully inside and out.
We were extremely fortunate the day we came to the gallery as it was CFB due to covid, though the all gracious Sharon generously went above and beyond, by going out of her way to give us our own private tour!
Thus allowing us a sneak peak into the upcoming adrift expo which is bound to astonish all its viewers and prospective buyers.
The four female artists produced their finest creations which have been superbly presented and placed ready for the upcoming expo/Re-opening.
Would love to buy one of the pieces! Every piece is a centre piece, definite conversation starters. (Must I mention also friendly price tag's)
Sharon knew each & every piece of art in her gallery explaining each artist and their pieces effortlessly.
Well done, such a wonderful soul. Bless you Sharon
It was the launch of the Economic Report by Haydn Washington for the tourism plan Destination Pagoda, so this part of the Gardens of Stone can be made a State Conservation area. There were textile representation of the landforms in this unique area by Anne Graham and sketches, paintings and photographs. This regional gallery in Lithgow NSW has exceptional exhibitions including some woven articles made weaving natural materials found in the landscape.
Real disappointment. The owner of the gallery lacks customer service and would have trouble organising a kids cake stall. Tendered payment for an artwork and failed to deliver / organise the work. All the excuses in the book arose as she refused to admit her mistake. A refund had to be organised due to her agressive and defensive inability to serve the arts! Must one ask why the arts are suffering when less-than worthy people like this are at the helm mediating sales!
I purchased a painting on the weekend from Gang Gang Gallery. I had been to exhibition in my local town 18 months ago and seen it in an exhibition there. I left a message on my local art societys site and had no reply. I had this painting on my mind all that time. I had been trying to track down the painting from a very talented man Mr Barry Smith. I now am the proud owner of "Milly". I am so greatfull and thankful to the lady at Gang Gang gallery. She was pleasant, welcoming and ever so helpful. There was some amazing pieces exhibited worth a look and I was happy with the price too.
Sharon is very friendly and helpful.
The gallery is beautifully designed and the artwork is impressive, well worth popping in and highly recommended
Had the pleasure of visiting the Gang Gang Gallery this morning. What a beautiful art space with incredible wood features (the gallery is worth a visit just to see these). The gallery features a range of eclectic art sculptures and paintings from local artists. The art space is also used for art classes etc. Well worth the visit
Great attraction in town, they regularly change the exhibitions so this are always fresh. They include local art as well as bigger names and include many different media. Definitely recommended. There are also classes, music nights and functions held here so it's good to keep an eye on upcoming events.
