Future Cargo - International Freight Forwarding

On the 18th of August 2023 I got a call from Andrew informing me about his company was having a sale.instead of $6000 for the containers they were offering it for $5750 from Perth to West Africa (Liberia-Monrovia). We agreed for the delivery to be on the 25th of August 2023 and pickup on the 11th of September 2023. The container was dropped off on the day that we agreed on. Andrew requested for the remaining money before he can pick up the container. Andrew refused to pickup our phone calls on the day which lead to us not being able to reach him to pick up the container for 1 week.once we paid the remaining money that was when Andrew picked up our phone call and the container. We didn't hear from Andrew for 3 weeks. I had to send a message to Andrew stating that if he doesn't release the paper documents to me as agreed or respond to my messages that I will have no other option but to get the police involved as I don't know him personally. Andrew responded after my message and stated that his wife advise him him not to pick up calls while they are on holiday.documents weren't finalised, he only had the draft and tracking number. After Andrew blocked my husband and I number. I had to get other family members to contact him requesting to get containers from him in hopes that he would reply and we could speak to him.when Andrew responded to one of them he was advised to respond to us regarding the documents.the container arrived at the destination strongly but couldn't be released due to not having the finalised documents. Andrew got in contact with my husband and requested for $1590 before he could give us the document.we were forced to pay amount with disappointment and filled with emotions as this was not the agreement.would not recommend this company as the communication was not good and can't be trusted or relied on. I would not work with this company again. He's very unprofessional, he have the habit of hanging off the phone.

In the week before Christmas December 2022 Andrew at Future Cargo rang me to Transport shipping containers. He offered me above the normal freight rate to use my sideloader as he was desperate to have containers moved over the Christmas period. I accepted and completed 4 container moves. Future Cargo are refusing to pay, Andrew refuses to take phone calls. I do not recommend using this company as i believe they are untrustworthy

Unprofessional. Be very cautious dealing with Future Cargo. I phoned him politely twice to enquire and had my third call hung up on and phone number blocked.
Really strange behaviour by Andrew. I tried to be as polite as possible but to no effect. He said delay in documents due to his "personal reasons", whatever that means.
This is the LAST thing professional business clients need, have their freight forwarder hang up on them. I spoke with shipping company CMA-CPG, and they have had similar issues with Future Cargo in lack of communication in documentation.
Delay in providing documents are now leading to increase costs daily.

I am not the kind of person who leaves feedback, but in this case I have decided to do it because I am impressed by the way of how I, as a client was handled.
We booked a port-to-port service. I looked for offers for about two weeks. The route was Australia to Romania, a 20ft container with personal goods. The best price I got was from Andrew @Future Cargo. And he delivered 150%!
He explained the whole process thoroughly. English is not my first language, so sometimes he had to explain twice. My calls were always answered, sometimes at 8pm. Always polite. Always understanding. The container was delivered to my house exactly when I was told. The same happened when it was picked up. During the time we had the container (we packed ourselves) he even rang to see how we’re going with the packing. He gave us a few tips on how to arrange the goods inside the container. He handled all the paperwork that was required in Australia.
As I was saying earlier we booked port-to-port. That means the paperwork in Romania was to be handled by me and my agent. When the container arrived in Romania there was smth that needed to be amended, urgently. Although, officially our contract ended, he took my call (guess what? Again 8pm) listened to the issue I was having and straight away contacted all the involved parties and the matter was resolved. I cannot thank you enough Andrew for all the duty of care you have shown, for all the late calls you took and for being with us all the way. Andrew from Future cargo has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our journey started in Brisbane where I purchased a 40ftHC from Future cargo at a great price, we packed our own container and Future cargo have done the rest. Phone calls are answered or returned promptly, everything has happened as we were told it would and our goods will be at our destination before us. We got a super price on insurance, altogether we saved a bundle and got superior service. I highly recommend Future cargo to anyone looking to buy containers and/or ship goods internationally.

I used future Cargo for the first time in March 2019. The service was professional. The goods were picked up i as arrange. They were quite resonable with the cost. My goods arrived in South Africa safe. Future Cargo commuñicated with me while in South Africa. Waiting for custom clearance. They supported me tell my goods were delivered to my in South Africa. What i loved i did have to pay any money on the other end. I want to them for the good professional work. I will use them again and recommend my Friend s to Furture Cargo. I have just used Futurecargo to move back to NZ. They where the cheapest I could find and it was a good experience. My container was shipped and got to Auckland on time as promised. Andrew was great his word is his bond. He kept me up to date and i reccomend this company people moving to nz.
