Fusion Cruises

Went on the boxing day seafood lunch cruise with a big group of friends. We were seated and everyone was jam packed in like sardines at the tables, with hardly any room to move your chair out as the person sitting behind was soo close and chairs kept bumping each other. Definitely were too many tables to make it comfortable. What were they thinking?
Then the air con was playing up, so myself and a lot of other guests were getting hot, sweaty and complained, and were told the air con was no longer working. This was about 10 minutes into a 4 hour cruise, so a lot of people, including myself were understandably not very happy as it was a very hot day. Might have been a good idea if they checked the air con way before the cruise departed.
The food was brought out and as it was a seafood buffet we expected that one of the first things that got brought out would have been the prawns, oysters etc. They firstly only brought out some salads, array of salamis/hams, a hot pasta dish, some vegies and a little bit of fish. Wasn't till later that they decided to bring out the rest of the seafood (prawns, oysters) when we had filled up on the other foods.
Would not recommend this cruise to anyone, nor would I ever go on it again, was a waste of money.

Cleanliness and staff service great. Only cash bar not mentioned earlier which left us unable to buy drinks and food entree quality needs to raise the bar significantly.

The cruise was nice. But the food. *Sips beverage* Focus on something else. Really. That's not what you're destined to do.

Staff were attentive. Food was good. Views of the harbour were lovely. Only problem we had was the music was too loud and we couldn't have a conversation. Staff obliged by lowering the volume.

Had a great time, food was good, view was spectacular, staff were very friendly and helpful. My family all loved it. Definitely recommend them!

Poor management. Boat smelled like rotten egg. Never had such a bad experience. Couldn’t stay in.they need to get their ACs serviced

Pretty nice overall, kind of resembled a canteen inside, no decorations or anything. Nothing fancy. Very simple, food was nice and staff was wonderful. Views were nice. Drinks have to be paid for on the day and they only take cash. Drinks not the cheapest, but I guess you're paying Sydney City prices. Could've been a little longer.

Just been to one yesterday. Overal the service was good, staff are friendly, food is ok (for such price). The only drawbacks was the position of the tables and chair are way too much crowded. A one 1.6 m table long seated for 4 people on each side (8 in total on both sides) ? 40 cm space for each person? Are you serious? I guess you want to squeeze as many as people on board, but please be realistic. We have to bump each others chairs with the persons sat behind us back to back beacause there was free space.
So if your shoulder is over 40 cm, do not take this cruise as you will be seating and rubbing each others shoulder with someone sit next to you.

I went there and to my surprise my name was not on the list when I had proof through email correspondence and calls made and got the name of the person who 'booked' my outing. The food was small portions but understand the pricing of it.my main concern is how do you not be capable of booking in 2 people on the day requested but can manage to book large numbers of people to board? !? !

I gave this cruise for my son for xmas. The report from him and his girlfriend was it was horrible. Food was cold and too many people on the boat. Said he would never do another one. Very disappointing

Oh please! What an embarrassing experience when trying to show the best of SYDNEY to overseas guests!
Dirty tablecloths from previous cruise, 3 prawns on a few leaves, one broccoli stem with average chicken and a sponge cake that was supposed to be decadent!
No tourist information about the beautiful history of the harbour and the surrounding areas we passed! There was music but really? !
I won’t recommend this to ANYONE.the ferry is a better experience.
These kind of low level events should be banned from being allowed on the harbour. As an Aussie and not ever having been on one of these, I am appalled that tourists think this is the best we can do!

What a wonderful cruise. Staff were friendly. Food was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend them!

What a wonderful trip. Great food, friendly staff and amazing views. Could not ask for better for the price.

I booked for two people but due to our own mistakes we ended up on the wrong side of the harbour. I called up customer service and they asked the captain to wait the extra 10 minutes I needed to run across the bridge. My friend couldn't make the run so I enjoyed both hers and my own wine and cake. Food was fine. Staff helped me take photos as I ended travelling on my own.
View was spectacular. Staff were friendly.
I did get special vouchers so I didn't pay full price. But definitely worth what I paid. I would take others on this cruise with me if I were to go again.

I was on the boat last Sunday as a guest (im from Melbourne). The plastic on the tables dirty from the previous cruise. Food very very poor pasta with tomato sauce and pasta with oyster souse chicken and fish (bassa) i think.salads patato, celery salad? Bread and butter = the best. Also a chocolate cake frozen cake. Coffee from foam cups and the price $ 55.00 for 1hr and 20 min (inc a glass of wine)
The cruise was full tourists a Rip off i do not recommended at all
