She sent through tips before interviews of how to dress, research, questions to expect and what to bring up (qualifications) to fit the criteria they are looking for.

She also provided feedback after each interview of what they liked/ didn’t like which I found very helpful (unlike direct interviews sometimes you get no feedback at all).
